5 Star experience with the front desk for scheduling. I called looking for a plumber to be able to help me out pretty much immediately with an issue with my fridge valve. They said they could send someone out to take a look shortly, same day. I ended up canceling the appointment due to the company I had called before calling me back to say they could come immediately, but I really appreciated the communication of Penning and willingness to work me in right away to the day's schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I had a plumbing issue and was looking for a same day appointment. Thanks, Penning!

A great experience all around when my water heater stopped working. Scheduling was easy and I received great communication. Darrel was professional and efficient. He completed the necessary water heater replacement in under two hours and the final cost even came in slightly lower than he quoted. I was very pleased with Penning and Darrel’s service.

Fixed within 24 Hours Our kitchen disposal finally conked out, so I called Penning at 4pm Monday. They had a technician out to me the next morning, called 30 minutes out, was clear about costs, and replaced it with no fuss within the hour. This is the second time I've used them, and they have been prompt, friendly, and inexpensive both times. Yay for local companies!
