- Poor scheduling and communication: Missed appointments, lack of communication about delays, and incorrect contact information were common complaints.
- Unprofessional behavior: Rude customer service representatives and technicians, failure to complete jobs, and lack of follow-through were cited.
- Ineffective repairs: Multiple customers reported that the initial fix failed, requiring additional (and costly) services.
- Questionable diagnostic practices: Some customers felt they were being pressured into unnecessary and expensive repairs.
- Inconsistent service quality: While some found the plumbing service adequate, the water restoration department was unreliable.

This place is a scam. I called asking for nothing more than a quote to replace some pipe. While I was on the call I asked if there would be a service charge for them to come out. I then clarified twice that all I wanted was the quote and she ensured me there would be no service charge. When they got here they told me I had to scope the pipe for $450 and when I refused they then charged me an $80 service charge for having to come out. On top of that the pipe that I needed replaced is roughly 4 feet long and the working area had been cleared for easy access. I got a quote from another plumber stating it shouldn’t take more than 4 hours to replace. The quote was for over $2100, meaning that labor here alone would be $500/hour.
