We have used them since 2013 and have had nothing but great experiences. In general, more economical than plumbing companies. Schedule is flexible. They have always communicated any problems with the backflow.

I had Accutest out to test the backflow prevention device on my underground sprinkler system. The technician was at my home when I arrived home from work and had just finished testing. He was courteous and even let me know that my backflow prevention device, although older, was still working fine, but to keep in mind that it might need to be replaced at some point sooner than later and I appreciate the heads up. I will happily use them again.

Had them check backflow system quoted 450 to replace test port, did my neighbors also never reported to city and another plumber thinks it was never tested. Would never recommend

They are rude and unprofessional and our Association will never use their services again (40+ homes)....too many other vendors that provide the same services at the same price without "the attitude and nastiness."
