02/22/2025 - Nick and Justin were prompt for appointment, professional, personable, got the work done with care, and left the work areas clean. Replaced a kitchen faucet ("after" photo attached) and cleaned out the drain pipe (no photos, although I should have taken "before" and "after" photos since they used a camera to identify blockage within the pipe and confirm it was removed). Will definitely use them again in the future for plumbing needs. 03/07/2025 - Nick replaced an older toilet with a new one. Again prompt, professional, and personable. They even left an Ottagan Plumbing duck to liven things up! Will definitely use Ottagan Plumbing again in the future for plumbing needs.

Love the Kohler brand new toilet. They ran out got got the supplies after finding out my toilet was cracked. Fast installation. Hydro Jet scrubs your pipes clean & camera inspection nice job!!

Had to call to have Ottagan fix our mess up when trying to replace a cartridge on a 23 yr old leaky faucet. We had to keep our water shut off until they could come to prevent damage to our wall. They were able to fit us in at 8 am this morning. Tyler was very prompt, professional and personable. He dealt well with our escapee kitty who tried to help him out for a minute, until I got him put away again. He just left, and he explained and showed me everything before he asked for the consent for the work. I do also like that Ottagan sends you a picture of their employee who is coming to the house so you know who to expect. I was very impressed with prompt, friendly, and professional service all the way around. I will definite use Ottagan again for our plumbing needs, and will definitely refer others!

The installers arrived at the scheduled start time to put in our new bathroom tub, shower walls and hardware. We were notified of employee names and arrival times. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and stayed on task all day long. My questions / concerns were answered and they cleaned up well upon completion. The office personnel were also very helpful throughout the entire process. We’d recommend Ottagan Plumbing to family & friends.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday. I called Ottagan Plumbing. All messages were promptly responded to - that is very important to us. The technician had a delay with a previous job on Sat. but came out at 8:00 am on Monday. Our water heater needed to be replaced. We are very pleased with our new water heater and the work done by the technician (Braden) was very professional.

Nick and Justin came out to my house to fix a blockage issue. They knew exactly what to do and got it done in a timely manner. They were flexible with my schedule, answered all my questions and let me see the blockage with their snake cam.
