Had them out to fix my doorbell. Install a new chime kit and install a new video doorbell. No surprise charges work was done promptly and they even came earlier than expected. A wonderful experience and I will be using them for future needs. Thank you for being awesome!

Cherry Valley has done both plumbing and electrical work for me for several jobs. The technicians for each of these jobs have been professional, personable, and efficient. Work quality has been great. Costs are fair for the work done.

These folks are great. I had a water heater go (in a mobile home) and called them at around 11:15 and they had a guy out before 2:30. The price was $200 dollars less than the nearest place and they were out same day. I can't say enough good things about them.

I contacted this company because they have good reviews and i needed help with pipes leaking all over the place they were paided by the commission on aging because I am a senior citizen on disability and did not have the funds. They also were paided to install a tolite that I had. They were here only a hour to complete the jobs. I had to call them to come back because pipes were left leaking the same way they were and did the job right the second time. But the worst is they cracked the tolit around the bolt by tighten it down to tight causing it to leak all overand told me they are not liable to provide me with a new one because I did. Not purchase it from them. I been mopping up the floor because of something. They caused.cant afford a new tolit terrible to treat someone someone this way just because I'm poor and can't prove it.

Installed 3 toilets in my home. Had to call them to come back because one rocked and was loose. Several months later caulk let loose and it was even more loose than before. When I contacted them again via their website, I got no response. I was forced to pay another plumber to fix their screwups to the tune of $427. Flange was cracked. Before the old toilet seat sat flush to the floor. Unbelievable. Do not believe their rating which is what I did before I hired them.

I just had an electrical repair completed. I am VERY happy with the work. The electrician who did the work was very nice and I felt extremely comfortable with his skill level. And I can confirm that the price was very affordable compared to another quote I had received for the same work. I would recommend Cherry Valley for electrical work. They will be my first call from now on.
