I called to get my water heater serviced. It was installed prior to me buying my house 7 years ago and it has never been serviced before. Frank Gasior was the gentleman called out to service the water heater. He was very professional, polite, and transparent about what needed/can be done. He gave me a list of items that can be replaced now or in the future. We bought some Bio-clean for our drains and signed up for a 1 year service plan. We decided to get a brand new water heater installed instead of getting ours serviced, and the plan saved us 10%! David Eskew and Parker James were the gentlemen who delivered and installed my new water heater. They both were very polite and quick to get it done. They kept me informed during the process and gave me a walkthrough of what has been done and what's new. All in all, great service, awesome people, and great pricing! I'm happy to have worked with them and plan on working with them in the future when I'm ready to tackle some more projects. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 UPDATE: Connor Kurant came out to us today to have our water heater and furnace checked out, as part of our membership. He was pleasant, enjoyed the curiousity of our cats lol, easy to talk to, and gave us some things to consider! We are more than likely getting a new furnace in the near future and maybe central air. Things are getting old, and I trust this company and the people they send out to us to get the job done!

I had a great experience. Nick was helpful and informative. I was only looking at central air however I have had some issues with my drain lines as well and he gave me a lot of helpful information in regard to the plumbing issues as well. Hoping to resolve it all in one big job with one small payment 😉. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again!! Looking forward to getting through this with you guys.

Mike was so helpful from the initial start of my call on Monday. Dispatch kept me informed through and through on availability and when I would be seen. Finally when Mike came he was very knowledgeable and he made it easy for me to understand what was going on with my hot water heater. He was easy to talk to and he didn’t pressure me into anything. He helped me get situated again and I’m grateful for his help!

Cannot say enough great things about Lascko and our technician Mike. We had an urgent need for a water heater replacement early Friday morning. Mike came out the same day and provided us with several options. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and most importantly understood our needs and did not try to oversell us on anything. He took the time to explain the work and was efficient and professional. Definitely A+++ service! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lascko. Their team of dispatchers were friendly and efficient addressing our emergency burst pipe situation quickly and with care. The tech that worked with us, Ryan Sullivan, was knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Ryan got right to work assessing the situation. He went above and beyond to investigate the issue and keep us informed along the way. He helped fix our immediate issue and offered several options for service down the line. Beyond grateful to Ryan and Lascko for their prompt and proper service!
