I called and had someone over in 1 day and Aaron went out of his way to help me get what I wanted. The job ended up being more involved than originally thought but they completed it in 2 days, working into the evening. I really appreciate the quick response and quality work!

I'm so thankful and impressed with the work I had done here today and the customer service i received. Had my line jetted out and scoped and it was determined that the line needs to be replaced due to many roots and cracks in the pipeline. I am in good hands as they will also be doing the work to replace the line. If you need plumbing work done give them a call they know what they are doing.

Had an issue with just our kitchen drain backing up. Has Mr. Rooter come out just because they could come that day. After about an hour and a half, he (Aaron) Thought it was a bad vent because the sinks would drain without the vent on. That night I bought a new vent (Aaron didn't have one). Put it on, and had the same issue. Aaron called me the next day to see if it was working. I told him no, and he asked if he could come back that night, Thanksgiving eve. I didn't want to do that to him, so I just asked him to put us on his schedule Monday. (Our drain would go down, but very slow). Well, he came back on Monday and the drain is free flowing once again. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. I was very surprised that he called us to see if the issue was resolved. Aaron was great. Thanks again.

Great service, showed up quickly after calling. Repairman was one of the best and proper people I have met. Definitely would recommend them for your pumping needs.

It was a rough day with a sewer backup, but the guys from Mr Rooter were fast, pleasant and professional. They didn’t leave until the job was done and it was after 9pm. Recommended.

Mr. Rooter just left my home in North Muskegon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Wonderful customer service! Didn't try to upsell me, which I greatly appreciate! And I can flush the toilet again! YAY!

I just had Mr. Rooter out to put in a Spigot at my business. They sent 2 guys both great guys very nice and did a great job. What was interesting was it seemed like one was executing the work and the other one was focused on customer service and handing parts and tools to the guy doing most of the work. I'm not sure if it was designed this way but It was EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE and a great idea if this was the intent! Especially now... It just doesn't seem like anyone cares about customer service at their businesses anymore! I will not call anyone else to do my plumbing! Great job guys!

Would recommend if you like getting ripped off. They didn't fix or clean anything charged $350.00 here for 40 minutes. Came when I was at work when I gave them and scheduled a time. I had to take this one in the tailpipe but they will not be allowed back at any of my properties.
