I'm so thankful for TJ!! We had a "bad smell" problem in the basement we could not figure out for way too long. I called many different plumbers and other companies out but no one had an answer. I finally discovered Sutton & Sons and TJ came through and almost immediately found the issue. Fixed it in less than 20 minutes! "Thank you" is not big enough for how much relief I feel having this issue finally taken care of. But, THANK YOU!

We recently purchased a mobile home cottage in Newaygo on croton pond that needed some plumbing repairs. Premier not only got the job done they did it with speed and efficiency. TJ and the crew just finished plumbing a home we are building for a client over in Newaygo. I cannot say enough about how professional, and easy to deal with they are. While we had to scale back some of what we originally wanted to do, the original quote from TJ was by far the best. We had an outside spigot, new sump pump and a recirculation pump added to our home. Let me tell you about the recirculation pump if you don't know what one is. Our Kitchen is about 4 miles from our water heater and takes forever and a lot of water to get hot water to do the dishes. The recirculation pump gives us instant hot water and works great! Install of everything was done in one day with no mess left afterwards. Great communication and prompt, professional service. Strongly recommend!

Renovating an old house with galvanized steel plumbing and need some work done in the kitchen. They would have worked with the existing pipes but gave us a super competitive estimate to rip and replace everything with PEX. Saved us a ton of money and headaches in the long run! It was a 2-day job and we figured we'd be without water overnight. They planned it out so that they could leave the water on overnight and cutover to the new pipes in the morning. Super professional, super friendly and great work. Highly recommend! Edit: a few months after all the work, we noticed a slow drip at an external faucet down the line from a closed valve. We called Premier to take a look. They showed up quick, replaced the faulty valve and didn't charge us for it. Add "integrity and fairness" to the list of characteristics to describe them. A+.

Contacted Premier Plumbing for two issues. First I needed an assessment about a toilet that was loose, TJ arrived when expected- was professional and knowledgeable about the problem. My toilet was repaired and secured correctly in less than 90 minutes. My 2nd issue involved replacement of my kitchen faucet which was leaking and needed replacing. The faucet was ordered and installed on a second service call. Again, on time professional and work completed quickly and the area was left clean and ready for use.
