Horton Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Remodeling

We did a major bathroom remodel with Horton and are very pleased with how it turned out. With Horton you get experienced and knowledgeable team, they show up when they say they will and work diligently to get the job done, with extra attention to make sure everything is right. Our thanks to Avery & Connor for all the great work, and to Chris and the office team for everything on the business side. Including before and after pictures.

We had 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 half) remodeled by Horton (full demo to studs, walls moved, plumbing moved, etc). They did exactly what we wanted and very quickly! First, Chris came out almost immediately to provide an estimate for the job and followed it up right away with a formal contract. Other companies told us we would need to wait a month just to get the initial estimate. He worked with us closely to ensure that every detail of the plan was what we wanted. Once the job started, the team maintained excellent communication throughout the remodel and did a nice job of keeping things tidy outside of the work areas. The end result was everything we asked for! Avery and Connor did a great job and Chris was very easy to work with on the management side. We would recommend them to our friends and family – their work is excellent! Here are a couple of pics before and after.

I needed a new hot water tank and was very pleased with the overall experience that I received from Horton Plumbing. From the initial call to the actual service visit. On the day of the service I received a call from Rob letting me know he was on the way. Upon arriving at my home Rob was very professional. He placed shoe covers on to protect my floors and he inspected my old hot water tank. He reviewed options and pricing with me. There was a plumbing apprentice with Rob. After decisions were made work immediately started. In approximately 2-hours I had a new hot water tank installed and working. I highly recommend Horton Plumbing and cannot say enough about the quality work performed by Rob and his apprentice. Thank you!! The furnace in our house went out on a Sunday. On Monday, Josue came to the house to inspect the furnace and informed us that the furnace needed to be replaced. He arrived on time and was very informative and helpful with the situation. The next day, Josue and Parker returned to install the new furnace. They both arrived on time and performed the installation very diligently and were extremely informative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Josue, Parker, and Horton Plumbing for any repair services.

When one of my bathrooms started leaking into the basement, I called Horton Plumbing. Kelly in the office was very helpful with my questions and sent someone out right away. Sean is an excellent plumber and did a great job. He left the workspace very clean. Great experience!

Tim and Marcus Horton Plumbers provided excellent service when they came out after hours to snake our storm drain. They were quick, knowledgeable, and efficient, diagnosing the issue right away and clearing the drain so storm water could start flowing again. They also took the time to clean up afterward, leaving the area just as they found it. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing work.

We had our water heater die, so I called Horton first thing in the morning and they were at our house later that day with a new water heater in tow. The amount they estimated the job would cost on the phone was spot on - no surprises. The technician was Sean Fritz and he was fantastic. He cleaned the area he worked very well and went over all the the work he did and the warranty of the new water heater. I live in Plymouth and like to support my community and Horton makes it easy to do so, as this is not the first "emergency" call I've had to make to them..

During the coldest time of the year my furnace stopped working. Hortons was able to send someone out that same morning. Dave arrived and was incredibly courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He provided a very reasonable quote and exceptional customer service. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared to ensure my home was comfortable.
