This is a review We are so happy to give. We cannot be more pleased with the way Kellermeier handled our situation. They were very helpful and prompt. Nick installed our new water heater so efficiently, our bill was less than quoted and He arrived so cheerful and confident that the install would go well, it was comforting. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Very happy! Would not hesitate to use Kellermeier again.

I wanted to give Ryan and Thomas a huge shout out. They were at my house this morning installing a new hot water heater and softener and went above and beyond. In addition to just being super friendly and knowledgeable - they spent about an hour outside chiseling away ice from our back patio steps so they could take the old (really rusty, really leaking) water heater out back so it wouldn’t ruin our carpet. They didn’t have to do that but were considerate enough to do it anyways - it’s so appreciated. You guys are awesome. On top of that, the install is awesome and we’re super happy with it!

This company gets a A+ I’m my books! I called and they were there within a few hrs! They go above and beyond with their workmanship and detail to the repair. Andrew was our service guy and I’d request him for any plumbing repair! He was such a super nice guy and so polite. Any questions I had he knew how to explain it so I understood what he was doing. I was impressed with how he cared enough to cover my new carpet to protect it as he went in and out side. He even came loaded with rags so that I didn’t have to use my towels for water spillage. It’s easy to see that this company cares a lot about detail along with the repair process it’s self! I will be recommending Kellermeier to anyone that has a plumbing need from now on! Thanks Andrew for the awesome new water heater so I didn’t have to wait days for hot water!! Also thanks Kellermeier for hiring people that actually love their job and show it through their attitude and awesome work! 5 STARS for me!!!!!

We were so incredibly impressed with the quality of service Nate provided us. He was extremely polite, thorough, and explained their diagnosis process and the steps needed to ensure our plumbing system was working properly.

I would give them a negative score if I could. I had a technician come out to fix a water leak in my bathroom. They came out quickly and diagnosed, charged 450$ and told me that they fixed the problem but 3 months later I ended up having the same problem again and this times the water damage gotten way worse. Whatever that they fixed, the water still leaked and soaked the bottom of my bathroom. You can see it through these pictures, since they was the last people who worked on this, I decided to call them again and hope that they would give me an answer why this happened again. Not only they refused to come out to look, but they also denied any responsibility over this. Now I have to hire someone else come in to replace the plywood and restore the whole bathroom. Simply terrible workmanship. The worst plumber company ever. I do NOT recommend this company at all!

My first time using their service and I will definitely use them again! Text received letting me know Nate, Technician, was on his way, providing me comfort in knowing who to except. Nate was beyond professional, courteous and friendly. He was able to make the repairs quickly for our leaking drain and clogged tub. Nate’s knowledge was on point, taking time to educate me and answer all my questions. Thanks to Nate for showing kindness and compassion - because of you I will call again for any of my future needs! He represented this company in a great light!!

Haven't used their services, but I watched one of their trucks drive up on me while I was doing the speed limit, blow past me, then blow a red light on the way to whereever they were going. It's a large box truck, not a firetruck. If you're not safe and cutting corners while driving, what do you do with your actual plumbing work?

We had a plumbing disaster at our industrial business and kellermeier came through. Always early and lots of support workers. The boss's get their hands dirty too. Great business coming up. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
