Jake was very knowledgeable and professional. Jake's done an excellent job in fixing the toilet in the main bathroom, and it didn't take him long to get it done. I really appreciated Jake's honest and professional recommendations on what is needed to restore the bathroom's plumbing back to its normal working condition. Jake also provided me a free estimate of the costs of all plumbing services my bathroom will need, which in my opinion, was affordable. Thank you Jake. 2-11-25 Oh what a great day! I would highly recommend Motor City Plumbing and Drain. I am so happy I have plumbers that I will want to call again as well as tell others. They are now on my A-list. Nick and Dom arrived on time and were professional as well as friendly, kind and respectful. It was clear that they both really enjoy the work that they do and making people happy with the results. They were working every minute, yet their knowledge and teamwork made the job look effortless. No stress! Bonus, their price is very reasonable!

We were not disappointed. Brandon came out promptly and gave good, thorough information and replaced our Rheem HWH (which was only two years old) the next day with a Bradford White. Everyone I interacted with during the whole process was polite and friendly.

We called because our toilet on the main floor was leaking into the basement. Kevin came out the next day and quickly identified the problem and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner. Can’t say enough about Kevin, walked us through the problem and the solution and made sure to show us the work he was doing along the way. He was very professional and polite. 10/10 would recommend

I called Motor City Plumbing and Drain to have a laundry tub installed and to check why the water pressure was low in my new home. My plumbing technician Mark came out and discovered some major issues with the drains and pipes. What I thought would be an easy fix turned into a 2 day job. Mark was very patient with me and took the time to show me every issue so that I felt comfortable in trusting his professional opinion. He did an excellent job on the work. You have a customer for life. And I will highly recommend.

I called because my toilet would not stop running! Motor City Plumbing and Drain arranged a plumber to come out the very next day. Mark was professional and explained why the toilet would not stop running. He showed me the problem and promptly fixed it. I am always leery to call for repairs because I feel like they can tell you anything and basically charge you what they want to. Mark only charged the service fee as it seems it was an easy fix. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Mark and a company like this. I will for sure call Motor City plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They were exceptionally easy to schedule with, and arrived on-time. Even called me when they were on the way. The work is good and Mark was friendly & knowledgeable. The leak was addressed the same day, and they quoted work beforehand. It's not the cheapest option I had, but the customer experience and work more than justify what they charged. Will use again and recommend.
