I do not recommend mainline plumbing The plumber that was sent out had very little knowledge on how to fix my sump pump line It's not draining to lake. He snaked it 100 yards and it came out clean. He called his boss and was on the phone for awhile and proceeded to tell me there was nothing else that could be done until everything thaws. He said for $299 they could use a camera and come back next week I called my neighbor who came over and told him that he needed to move the drainage pipe ( I had purchase the night before from Ace) to redirect water to back yard. His response was β€œ I'm going to have to have to charge you”. He stated this 3 different times My neighbor provided the reducer and glue. (the plumber glue was dried out) It took the plumber literally less than 10 minutes to do what my neighbor suggested and charged me an additional $65 If it wasn't for my neighbors recent hip replacement he would have done himself! Total cost $250 The only reason I used them is that they came out April 2022 and did similar work and I thought there would be some sort of warranty That job cost $695 I'm a single woman and was totally taken advantage of. Thank goodness now the water is being redirected to yard and not stagnant recycling over and over by the foundation. At least I don’t have to worry about my sump pump giving out!
