George was very professional from beginning to end. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough in making sure my plumbing problem was resolved. He explained to me everything he was doing and answered any questions I had…I learned a lot that day! George is very knowledgeable and takes pride in the work he does. Hopefully, I won’t need to call a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling Royal Plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Christie was my first point of contact who went above and beyond to help me. Seldon was fantastic! He was the plumber that resolved my issue. He communicated well, and even showed up early. He didn’t leave until everything was accomplished. My experience with other plumbers before him was awful. I have had issues with my sewer for over 4 months. I was so thankful for this company that finally helped not only resolve my issue but put my mind at ease!

Installed a water heater in our basement in about 6 hours start to finish, beautiful plumbing. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, but most of all, fairly priced. Will be using them again.

Seldon let me know that he'd be here at 1pm and was here exactly at 1pm. I have a 1947 house with the original sewer line so I need to get it rooted every year. I've had some unpleasant experiences with other companies where the job wasn't done right or the tech left a huge mess. Seldon took great care to not create a mess and cleaned up anything that rooting inevitably created. He was great to talk to, fast, and let me know everything that he was doing. Will definitely use them again!

Shannon came on time, called prior to arrival. He did a great job! Was very courteous, professional and answered all our questions. Would definitely use them again.

Seldon was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. He was able to bump my scheduled appointment up and contacted me to stay in communication upon his arrival. Helped me understand why I was having the issues I was having and what he was doing to fix those issues. Made sure to keep a clean work space and left my basement/bathroom the way he found it.

Seldon was wonderful. We had a drain backing up in our basement due to our pipes needing replacement, and Seldon fit us into his booked schedule and at the end of the day on a Friday, no less. His communication before and during the service was phenomenal, and we are so appreciative of his hard work.

I love these guys! HomeServe Warranty referred me to your company. Tony and Jake came out today to inspect my drains, they were fast, efficient, and took the time to explain everything that was going on. Ultimately everything was fine, but they gave me a plumbing lesson about my house that was so helpful. I was very nervous before they arrived something bad was happening, but they put me at ease, and gave me future advice. Will be using you guys if I need you in the future :)
