Kevin and Ryan are awesome, both times I have used them for my plumbing needs they were out here same day, with great service that is performed in a timely manner. If you are in need of any plumbing work, I highly recommend using A1. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future as I enjoy supporting a local small business.

I found A1 Bargain Plumbing when I used Google looking for a professional and reasonable plumber with good reviews . I called in the morning and Kevin came out right away, working me in his schedule . He was wonderful. I will always call them fro m now on. Would like to take back this review. Kevin mentioned if I wrote a good review we would be worked in right away if we needed any plumbing. I had a few problems with the install and called him to ask about the price of the toliet. People were telling me it was to high a price. He now seems to have an attitude with me. Not returning calls, etc. I will not get into everything, but I will not do business with Kevin and A1 Plumbing in Taylor again. I'm sure he will have a response to this post, but I really don't care. It's the principal of everything.

Awful customer service skills. I recently reached out to them, hoping to request information about their help with an issue I'm having at my office and was rudely and abruptly hung up upon with no further response to my calls. Very unprofessional approach to business, and I will highly recommend any and all business owners to hire anyone but this business.

I had Kevin do some work at my home in Wayne, MI. Cannot say enough about his promptness, professionalism and friendliness. Very knowledgeable in his field of work and trustworthy that you will receive a good job. Pricing was also reasonable. Next time I need to call a plumber I will be calling upon Kevin once again.
