I had a great experience with Daniel and his team. Our visit was originally intended to discuss improving and updating my furnace, my cooling, and hot water system to make it more modern. The same day of their visit my current furnace was acting up. He, and his team immediately went to work on resolving and fixing my issue. Very courteous, respectful, and professional. I look forward to doing work with them in the future.

Called on a Friday afternoon. When other businesses could not get help out to my home until Monday they came before 4:30 that same day. The technicians that came out did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my 25 year old furnace and we ultimately decided to have it replaced with a whole new unit. They laid out several options for us to choose from. Our new furnace will be installed on Monday morning. They even offered portable heaters to keep our house livable while we waited for the new furnace to be installed.

Great service, very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend. They came when they said they would, let us know exactly what was going on and what was needed, did the work with excellence and kindness. Will use again.

I had a great experience with these guys. They came out same day, gave me a full breakdown of what was broken and what needed to be touched up to prevent future breaks. They gave me the option to fix just what was necessary or any of the preventative things, they didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want to buy, and they fixed what I asked for right away. My tech, Cole, was super knowledgeable and professional.

This company is friendly, efficient, and Eli was the best technician for us! He gave us options, discussed each one and the outcomes, and was able to do the work same day. Will highly recommend this company, and Eli, every time someone asks about HVAC needs. We plan on scheduling with this company in the future for our heating and boiler tune ups, and will request Eli to be our tech.

We were in a difficult situation and needed quick support. We contacted Lake Michigan heating and cooling and they responded Immediately. Not only were they at the house within 30 minutes, but they were able to install a heating unit that same day great customer service and wonderful people.

Adam was fabulous! He gave us three different quotes for our issue and walked me through each option. He was also very efficient in the installation of the motor. Thanks again for the awesome work!
