I have a great review to share. They came out within 3 hours from the time we called. It wasn't Adam, but two younger gentlemen. They tried through the floor drain, because that's where the water was coming out, but no luck. Went in through the toilet in the basement and BAM.. got the clog! They made sure nothing got too nasty (obviously floors have to be mopped) They were ever so gracious as we had to move stuff and we loved their kindness. Advance Sewer Solvers replumb my house on July 3, 2024. I have some issuse Adam and his team refuse to come back to make corrects, my electrical wire was damaged, and the backyard water spicket is not flush to the house. I now have to call an electrian to make repairs and hope another plumbing company will do work behind some else I have been calling since July 5, 2024, Adam told me he was coming today 7/25/24 between 3-4 he is a NO SHOW . I called he didnt answer he text back "I call you back" Advance Sewer Solver have no problem taking your money, they dont stand behind their work. I now have to call an electrian to make repairs to my light and hope another plumbing company will do work behind them.
