Called today for a gas dryer installation and Miguel and Jason came the same day. I didn't expect a same day service but they were here within less than 30 minutes and did a great job! I called again a couple of hours later because I thought I smelled gas. Consumers had to return after the 1st trip to show us where the leaks were coming from because they weren't tagged at all. Before that, Jason did every single test to find the leaks and couldn't find any because long story short, there were none. Jason didn't have to stay around until Consumers came back but he did! Thank you Jason for helping us and giving me a peace of mind. Don't hesitate to call these guys, they are kind, caring, and helpful!

New home = new hot water tank and new gas line piping to replace coiled copper piping. Let’s just say, where my hot water tank is located is an absolute nightmare. Under a staircase, and tucked behind the furnace with chimney flue connect and previsor owner used coiled copper piping for the dryer… Colt plumbing came in after D Riddle Plumbing recommends they handle the job due to tight fit and crawl space access required. Everyone was professional and job well done. Fair price for everything they did. Permits pulled and were quick to respond when inspector needed to change things. Very clean job, new tank is solid and I am so happy with it and the work done.

We called them early afternoon for a kitchen sink/dishwasher backup. My husband contacted them and stated we were both at work, but told him would’ve been home by 3:30. The guy said he would come fix it and then come back for payment if my husband wasn’t home in time, because he only accepts cash or check so he couldn’t do payment over the phone and had to stop at an ATM since we don’t use checks anymore. So my husband went ahead and set it up for him to be here at 3:30. My husband called me at work and explained that to me, and I was skeptical after he said “he’d come back for payment”. That didn’t sit right with me. Guy NEVER showed. We called and texted several times, with NO response. It is now 7:05.. 3 1/2 hours later, still no word. Will never recommend.

First off they showed up 45 minutes late. Then one of the guys decides instead of working he's going to eat a sandwich and send my girlfriend a friend request on Facebook. When it was all said and done they hooked up our shower wrong, charged 300 over what we were quoted for work we said we didn't want done, and they decided to take some of my personal tools with them. Despite contacting them we haven't gotten them back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They got the job done, that's about all I can say. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Very responsive on a early Sunday, day after Christmas. Dan was very engaging and did a fantastic job, ran through my main twice with two different cutters to make sure all was well. Great service, and community based. Support local businesses!!
