The office lady Linda was super fast to answer and schedule me and quote me for the job ! Then Phil came and bought out the parts I wanted and later needed they are super efficient COMPETENT! Phil the plumber technician was super efficient, professional and competent! The pricing they gave was fair and I will definitely be calling them and recommending them to my friends and family !

We were having issues with our shower tub spout, specifically the diverter wasn’t working effectively. I called Drain Resolvers and was asked to describe what was happening over the phone. An hour or two later, Mario came over and said we needed a new spout. He worked hard to install the new one and was meticulous in his workmanship. I felt like Mario really took his time with our project and gave us the best possible result. I’ll be honest, if I were to try to do this myself, we would NOT have ended up with a working shower! I know my limitations! Thank you to Mario and his team for taking care of us as if we were his own family!

I recently had them come to my home for a snake repair. They were unable to complete the job and said they would return the next day which would cost me an additional $ 575. I had already paid for a snake of the tub,toilet, and laundry washer which they could not complete. The next day a called another plumber whom removed the main drain and snaked it out. Everything was working again. I don't understand how they could not complete this repair and still charge $225. Nevertheless I am glad to have found someone who could complete the work and not charge additional money when they never repair the problem from the beginning. Very disappointed in Drain Resolvers because they did not resolve anything.

We had the guys come out about a week ago to snake the drain and the issues persisted. Mario and Luka came out on Christmas Eve to resolve our sewage and plumbing issues. They found bigger issues that couldn’t be fixed in one day, but the work ethic and drive to stand behind their work is there. I would definitely recommend!

Mario and the team are awesome! I had a slow drain and hadn’t had my sewer scoped in a few years. They were prompt, focused, fast, efficient, they used the camera to show me what will cause issues down the road and what to not worry about. They showed up on time and took care of my house on the way in and out. Happy to report my kitchen drain is clear and I have a plan for the next few years. They were super prompt when I had Followup questions and were great to work with.

EXCELLENT, these guys fixed another plumbers failure. I had a backed-up basement drain. 1st company came out ran a snake twice, then said they quit, and the floor needs to be broken up and drains replaced. quoted $3800. "Drain Resolvers" comes out, puts snake in, runs for 20 minutes puts out 34 ft of snake and "voila" a ton of crap washed out and drains are free and clear Thank you
