Flame has done a great job for me for many years. Their office staff is always courteous, prompt and responsive. And the technicians have been great. Recent visit with Brandon was terrific. He listened to what I experienced and quickly helped solve the issue. He took time to explain what happened and what I needed to do going forward.

Had a great experience with Flame on a new furnace and air. Started with my annual inspection that showed several items that needed to be replaced. Good experience with the salesman who presented us with options. Installation went well. The installers were quick, clean and respectful, even watching out for my dog. Even the finance people were good since we chose that route for payment.

Great service and reasonably priced. We were without heat in the coldest parts of this 2025 winter and our Technician, Alan Houston was dispatched immediately. We received a notice that he was on his way as well as his picture. The picture is an outstanding way to protect from criminals trying to gain access to our property. That was much appreciated. Flame also gave us Alan’s qualifications. Alan, a certified technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly isolated the problem and did our repair. We appreciate the professionalism and competency of Flame and sending a certified technician. We couldn’t be happier with our repair. Definitely a great choice in a world where so much controversy and poor quality is costing customers a ton of money.

What a great experience we had with Flame! Recently during a routine inspection of our furnace, the technician discovered a dangerous situation in our 20-year old furnace. As it was leaking carbon monoxide, we needed a new one, and since it was regularly below zero, we needed one fast! Anna, the sales consultant, was there later that day, very helpful and knowledgeable about the systems, tax credits and rebates. She was able to set up installation within 2 days. Everyone we encountered from the Flame team was wonderful--respectful, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during a very difficult time. When we needed last-minute financing, Anna was there to help right away. When our particular situation presented difficulties, being installed in the attic, the technicians worked all day to make it right. I would recommend Flame to anyone looking for a high-quality product and service! I also recommend their Gold Service Plan, which helped find the problem and gave us a discount on the new furnace. Being a member gives me peace of mind that my HVAC systems are checked by professionals twice a year. 5 stars, start to finish!

I've worked with FLAME several times over the years on plumbing/electrical projects or when my old furnace needed work and it's always been a positive experience. My most recent project that I needed their help with was replacing gas lines for a new stove and dryer and full install of a new dishwasher. Everything was great, as usual. The work was done so quickly and thoroughly. The technicians Solomon and Zach did a wonderful job. I will definitely continue to reach out to FLAME for all of my heating/cooling/plumbing/electrical needs.

The guys were were all top notch with a great lead man worked his birthday. Awesome PVC man navigated this older house well. The first time they have central air and a humidifier. We were very well pleased and all the men including the driver were very polite. for Noel and Carolyn Freeman

If a heating and cooling company is needed, I highly recommend Flame Furnace. I have a Gold plan maintenance with them including coverage for my whole house generator and quality work is always provided but most importantly or in addition too is when something goes wrong no matter the season they come out quickly and work in rain,snow sleet or heat to get things fixed. Bottom line.... This is a very reliable service that does quality work in a timely manner.

My furnace suddenly stopped working last week. I went online and searched for a company that i could call and decided on FLAME Heating because of their great reviews. It was the right decision! FLAME Heating right away sent a technician to the house to inspect the furnace. After a very thorough inspection, it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. (Unit was 27 years old, original equipment from when the house was built in 1998. The unit was replaced right away. The Technicians were all very professional and very knowledgeable. The whole process of picking the right equipment, pricing, delivery, installation and clean-up was seemless and done professionally. The overall great communication between the office staff and field technicians communicating to me to let me know what was going on from scheduling to installation was awesome customer service! I highly recommend FLAME! I would use them again if needed!
