I discovered a leak from my boiler at 4 pm yesterday from a drain line. I was unable to turn my heat on until it was repaired. Temperature outside was 7 degrees at the time, so I called the company at 4:00pm to see if someone could look at it. I didn’t want to try and repair it myself, and since it was cold and late in the day, I didn’t expect much from the service call. We were pleasantly surprised when they said they could came out to my house in 20 minutes to inspect. 20 minutes later Bob arrived and began the repair! Thankfully Ed Bob and later Tom worked it out and had my boiler working with minimal heat loss from being down. They had it repaired by 8pm. Very professional service and Bob and Tom explained everything thoroughly. Also they cleaned the sight glass which had a lot of gunk in it. Today it works as well as it did when Lakeview installed this boiler 16 years ago. I won’t go anywhere else for this type of work. GREAT JOB
