Lakeview Mechanical- Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

I discovered a leak from my boiler at 4 pm yesterday from a drain line. I was unable to turn my heat on until it was repaired. Temperature outside was 7 degrees at the time, so I called the company at 4:00pm to see if someone could look at it. I didn’t want to try and repair it myself, and since it was cold and late in the day, I didn’t expect much from the service call. We were pleasantly surprised when they said they could came out to my house in 20 minutes to inspect. 20 minutes later Bob arrived and began the repair! Thankfully Ed Bob and later Tom worked it out and had my boiler working with minimal heat loss from being down. They had it repaired by 8pm. Very professional service and Bob and Tom explained everything thoroughly. Also they cleaned the sight glass which had a lot of gunk in it. Today it works as well as it did when Lakeview installed this boiler 16 years ago. I won’t go anywhere else for this type of work. GREAT JOB

Had the incredible gentleman at Lakeview Mechanical do quite a bit of work over several days after having some pretty big unforeseen issues with my home. The guys took wonderful care of all my issues and did an amazing job! Would definitely use again and recommend! Thank you again Lakeview Mechanical!

I was startled awake at 1am today by a busted water heater and flooding in my basement. Needless to say I was a wreck. I called Lakeview Mechanical at 9 am and in 1.5 hours (Thanks Carol), Chad was at my door to help. He examined the problem and identified a potential solution He purchased the parts and within less than 15 minutes, he repaired my water heater. Lakeview exceeded my expectations today!. Other plumbing companies were telling me they either could not get someone out same day or that it would be after hours and additional charges. I would highly recommend Lakeview. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Thank you Chad!

Had my boiler looked at, nothing other than 1 air vent changed, the gentleman asked if i had any coupons and I did so he wrote the discount off the invoice but they still charged me a full inspection price. Overall customer service wasn't up to standards.

Needed a plumber quickly, could Not wait for a maybe… tomorrow. Called Lakeview Mechanical. Joe was fixing my clogged bathtub and bar sink in the basement. Fast , knowledgeable, and clean up after his work was completed. For sure the MNF game is on Go Lions , the niners are going down the drain. From the initial phone call, through writing the check, they are helpful, polite and respectful. These guys are in 1st place.

I just had a furnace install yesterday 1/20/2020. Mike W & Chris W did a phenominal job. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the furnace, Humidifier, Humidistat, and Condensate Pump are perfectly installed. Kevin in sheetmetal cut everything perfectly for Mike and Chris for the install. Don rescued me on New Years Day when my furnace went out. During his process to get it going he said "Nick....I think its time for a furnace". My furnace was 26 years old, despite getting it running he pointed out things going bad. He did not charge me for the service call because I took his advice to get a new system. I purchased a beautiful Rheem Furnace and super nice humidifier and condesate pump. Mike and Chris were Rock Solid. I can't thank these guys enough, they really looked after me and made sure everything was perfect. Lakeview also installed a super nice Rheem water tank for me previously. My son is also in HVAC, he has field experience but works in Distributor Sales. He knows good work when he sees it and really liked talking to Don. They talked shop when Don took care of us on News Years Day 2020. Don explained to Tony what he thought was going on and Tony followed his explanations. They both explained to me what was happening with my previous system. Tony was so impressed with the guys and their quality of work. As far as electrical I have had Lakeview install three very nice high end fans for me with the related wall controls. Perfect, clean job as well. Lakeview Mechanical is outstanding and great people to work with. This company gets down to business, there is no fluff or fancy marketing. Once you have them do a job for you they become your go to mechanical contractor. Outstanding company....I will add pictures to this review. Just wanted to make sure I posted it right away. Lakeview is absolutely spectacular! I called in the middle of the night because my tub backed up and my toilet wouldn't flush. Matt came and checked everything out. Turns out I had a broken sewer line. Matt and Thomas explained everything so that I completely understood what was going on. They cleared the original obstruction and told me I could call them at any time between then and my appointment for repair, which provided tremendous peace of mind. They explained all the financing options to me, which took the stress out of the expense. On the appointed day, Mason and Ethan came. They were very courteous and professional and, much to my delighted surprise, they finished the entire job in one day! They had to come in and out of my house and they were completely trustworthy, not to mention clean--they didn't leave so much as a dusty footprint behind. I have heard so many horror stories from friends who went through a similar experience, so I've been dreading having to have this done almost from the time I bought my house nearly 20 years ago. If I had known there were people like the guys at Lakeview, though, I wouldn't have been nearly as stressed out about it, because they took great care of me! I would 100% recommend Lakeview, 15 out of 10 stars!
