Jordan, our service technician, was polite and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before starting any work. He was then very efficient at replacing our hot water heater (was 100% done in less than 3 hours). I was also given a tutorial on how to light the pilot and understand the front panel of the unit. I am happy with the service call -well done Jordan!

Laundry tub not draining. Called Burton's at 9 am. They gave me a same day 10 to 2 appointment. Tech called and was here by 930. Opened drain, replaced trap. Gone by 1030! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I am a repeat customer. Will call again if I have plumbing issues.

Jesse was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions that I had and some questions that I did not think of asking. He offered multiple options when unexpected challenges occurred. The work he did in unclogging the washer drain pipe and installing new toilets was exceptional. I strongly recommend him.

We originally found Burton’s through a Google search, and went with them on the basis of the strong reviews. We were so thankful we did. Jason did a great job in estimating and carrying out the project. He was neat, knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. The office support team also went above and beyond in communicating with Dearborn’s Water Department and scheduling an appointment for them to turn off the water at our home. From start to finish, the company was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use and recommend them for future projects.

Burton's Plumbing & Heating was able to fit us in even on short notice with an emergency. Technician Jordan arrived on time and got to work right away. Jordan did everything that he could, but was not able to solve the problem. The situation required a substantial sewer excavation. The company recommended two other contractors that could possibly complete the work. Very satisfied with the quick response and efforts.

We woke up to a plugged kitchen sink today and scrambled to find someone to help us out. After searching online, we settled on Burton's Plumbing based on reviews and location to our residence. When I called, the receptionist, Bobbi, took my call, listened attentively to my concerns and responded very quickly to set up a same day appointment. Within 2 hours, Jordan and Julian were at our door to solve our issue, which they did indeed. They were very considerate, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant technicians. We now consider ourselves to be new customers of Burton's Plumbing as they will be our go-to company for plumbing needs, if not other mechanical issues that may arise in the future.
