I had my main drain replaced. Throughout the entire process, they were honest and transparent. Also, the work was very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers out there. Not too mention they work closely with the city, so they can easily and quickly get permits.

BRiK Plumbing was awesome. They responded right away and scheduled our water service line for the next morning. It wasn't even 24 hours from the time Bill came and gave our estimate that the work was done. They left the site clean and they were very professional. The pricing was good compared to others. Highly recommend this company.

Just wanted to say how great it was to work with BRiNK. From the initial call to the end of the job. They had great communication and very accommodating with my busy schedule. They even laid rugs out to keep my house clean. The job was done professionally and quickly. BRiNK even handled working with the city so I didn’t have to. Kraig responded quickly to my call due to flooding of 4 rooms. Scheduled plumber that day but the best thing was him talking me through process of getting insurance claim going and then a referral to a company they had experience with for cleanup. That took a great worry off as I thought I was going to have to do cleanup. That thought was overwhelming. I am 72, widowed not much family here to help. I have used BRIK a couple of times and have nothing but great experience with their work. Such a caring company!

Couldn't be happier. Had major plumbing work done. Needed to replace the stack and main line to the septic tank, which was under an addition. Another company wanted to punch out a wall in my finished basement, go alongside the addition and then to the tank. That would have required me to remove, and then replace the air conditioning unit. I got a second opinion from BRiK and couldn't be happier. They did the same work by going under the addition with a machine they have. They mentioned if that wouldn't have worked they would still have avoided going through my finished basement and not make me remove the AC. We found that the floor boards under that main toilet had rotted, so they repaired that as well. When they had finished, left everything pretty much as it was when they got there, other than some imprints in the lawn due to their excavator, which is no big deal. They had to dig by the septic tank, but replaced all the dirt and sod. Oh, and the estimate was fair, and lower than the other company. I couldn't/t be happier with the results and would recommend them to anyone. They've earned a loyal customer with me.

Timely, good to great excellent work. BRiK came through strong when our hot water heater went out. Perfect install, clean as a whistle.
