NSP Plumbing

Through a friend and we got in touch with NSP Plumbing. After speaking with the office, they were able to get us in the next day and work around my wife's schedule. The technician that came out named Grant. He was on time to what we were told and actually arrived early. He was extremely thorough, courteous, conscientious, and honest. We needed a part, and he had was fine it able to pick it up locally, and came back in a timely fashion. Our faucet is 40+ years old. All we needed to have was a replacement cartridge. He did not try to upsell us or ask about doing a completely replacement which would have been extremely costly. Was not overpriced, and within reason for the work that was done. As a courtesy, after shutting off our water, he smelled gas with his magic wand which blew up with alarms, turns out to be we have a leak connected with our dryer. We are able to get on the schedule for the following week. They had a sooner appointment but we could not have someone home at that time. They're sending us a quote to fix that and also repair a faucet which we just put in last year which turned out to be defective and leaking. We would highly recommend working with NSP, in particular ask for Grant as your technician, the dude is awesome!! Edit-Update... Grant along with apprentice Jacob stop by today and fixed two items for us, did an outstanding job. Also cleaned up after themselves. And the prices are just right right within our budget. Thank you so much to you too for your expertise. Also thank you to Nate, the owner, had a wonderful conversation with him over the weekend about his company. Very friendly, forthcoming, and honest! It's a pleasure to see that in a small business.

We had a plumbing problem, an emergency really, and when I saw all the positive feedback for NSP, I gave them a call. They were able to get here within an hour! Both Seth and Josh worked hard on resolving the issue and got the job done same day. I cannot recommend NSP highly enough. Right up front they tell you what the job is going to cost, barring any unforeseen problems. Seth and Josh were professional, polite, friendly, and hard workers. Don’t waste your time with anyone else; do yourself and your wallet a favor and call NSP right away. Thank you, NSP, for a great experience. EDIT: Subsequent visit to jet our sewer line last Friday, Nate and Josh did an outstanding job. Also their rates are very reasonable. I cannot recommend NSP highly enough. We had an emergency sewage backup that came into our basement. Nate was great and explained multiple methods of fixing it so we could figure out something in our budget. He had it drained in no time. Thank you Nathan!

Great experience with NSP Plumbing replacing the water heater. Special thanks to technician who came out, Grant. Grant did a great job, answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism and was very kind and pleasant to work with. He was thorough and honest in explaining everything to me. Grant came by this morning to look at my water heater that is not working and he was incredibly helpful and considerate! He explained everything to me very clearly and It was very obvious that he knew his stuff and really wanted me to be fully informed and make the best decision for my family in terms of the replacement water heater. It is so nice to deal with a company that is not just looking to make a quick buck but takes the time to win a long term customer!

Josh came to help from NSP and was awesome! Got our tub drain cleared out in less than 30 min and got us a reasonable quote on some future work that we’ll probably need. NSP Plumbing was assigned to a work order through my home warranty. I was very pleased with their prompt communication and flexibility. They made the best time for me work, and Jacob was great! It was a super silly and easy fix and not once did Jacob make me feel bad! Definitely would choose NSP Plumbing for my own needs!
