Ian was absolutely amazing! After calling 14 different places in Grand Rapids this morning, I decided to go with him to clear a clog in my kitchen drain—and I’m so glad I did! His communication was top-notch, keeping me updated on his arrival time and explaining what needed to be done to resolve the issue. The cost was incredibly reasonable! He had the job done in under an hour and even took the time to check out a few other concerns around my house. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future work and recommending him to friends and family! Thank you so much, Ian! P.S. I will never put rice in my garbage disposal again, I promise!

Ian was able to fit me on his schedule the day of - he handled fixing my water pressure issues after I installed a new water heater the day before. Provided me a lot of information on the issue and my pipes within my home.
