Bing Plumbing

I can't recommend Bing Plumbing enough! What GREAT customer service and price. I asked water heater repair or replace questions and he answered honestly and with explanation. With this being my 3rd quote and no pressure, gave me a great price. Said that they would be there sometime this afternoon or first thing in the am. I got a call from home they were at 2. Old one out and new in and done by 2:45.

Jeff and his crew have been lifesaver’s for us twice now. When our dishwasher decided to leak out the bottom and flood the kitchen floor, and when our waterline to the toilet tank spontaneously broke. We’ve also had them in for non- emergency jobs: garbage disposal replacement, faucet replacement. They always respond quickly, get someone out as soon as they can, knowledgeably assess the situation and perform the repair with confidence and leave us with the assurance in a job well done.

I was recommended to bing plumbing by another plumbing company, because they knew he would have the parts needed to work on a mobile home bathroom. He told me with where I live he would charge a travel fee, which I was more than okay with. All we needed was a toilet looked at cause it started leaking out of the bottom of the toilet all over the floor, but because there is a small soft spot, he said, "Sounds like too big of a job, and with the drive, I'm not going to touch it " seemed really unprofessional to me.

I woke up with no hot water and a house full of grandkids. Upon checking the water heater I found it leaking and the power ventilation was tripped. After calling several places to try and get it repaired, I either get a no pick up the phone or they can’t come to fix for 2 weeks. I called Bing plumbing and they came with in the hour with a new water heater. Very professional, conscious of protecting property while doing the work and thinking that the old heater might be under warranty they were going to work on that and send a invoice later. Took them about a hour to remove and install. Thanks Bing Plumbing!

The city of Zeeland has decided to replace older water mains, ours included. It wasn’t ideal but we understand it needed to be done. BPW is using Bing for these projects and it’s so obvious that Bing knows they aren’t getting paid by us. They left the area they were working in dirty, smudged and scratched the walls, laid their dirty tool boxes on new carpet rather than drop cloths, and put zero effort into trying to get the new main to fit into the space we have. We didn’t ask for, plan, or pay for this project but now have to deal with retrofitting what they put in. If in the future we need work done I won’t be calling Bing.

These guys can repair & install anything! Fast to respond. Tough job no problem. Very happy with the work, the cost and the complete honesty. Thank you Bing Plumbing! Nancy

Bing Plumbing is the greatest! I came home at 7:00 P.M. last night to a wet basement due to a busted hot water heater. I sent an email to Bing at about 9:00 P.M. By 3:30 P.M. today, the job was done and I have hot water! This company provides superior customer service. And, BONUS - the cost was quite less than what I was expecting. Excellent plumbers.
