We hired this company to update our electrical panel, install a new water heater and do some general updates to our renovated kitchen. Not only did they do shoddy work that needed to be redone on more than one occasion but they are now refusing to schedule final appointments to finish the work so that we can complete our renovations. Communication with them has been incredibly frustrating, on more than one occasion they have sent technicians to our house without scheduling with us which has resulted in techs showing up to our house on days when no one is home or arriving when we weren't expecting them. At least twice techs have shown up, unannounced, without uniforms on, and were unable to verify their employment when asked, which is a safety concern. It's been four months since they started the project and it has been an uphill battle to get the work done. Between issues with scheduling and techs showing up who have no idea what they were supposed to be working on as well as the exorbitant prices this entire process has been an absolute nightmare. If I could zero stars, I would.

Paid them $15k for home surge protection. Stormed last week everything blew. TYLER came out, told me most damage would not be covered, but some would. I was supposed to hear back from him. Almost a week later, despite repeated calls, no response. Todd and Tyler, shame on you for having Summer, who answers the phone, send me a text message! Booooooo Update, summer says she's a manager and SHE won't allow me to talk to anyone but her because I berated her ... that's what happens when you don't respond to someone who has paid you $15 for work that wasn't properly completed and resulted in ower surge damage to my house in excess of $10k. Oooo, tech is here but Summer threatened to send him away when I asked for a written list of what work he was told to do. Hello, it's called documentation!

Absolutely terrible dishonest company. Left work not completed in my second home. When discovered I spent extensive amounts of time speaking with Jairet Sanders who identified himself as the manager. He accepted responsibility for work not completed and done incorrectly and an agreement was reached with regard to fixing issues even with additional expense from my end. The week the work was to be completed, I received a text message stating “Do (sic) to the complexity of my job” they recommend I seek repairs elsewhere. I had originally hired this company to replicate current ductwork with the addition of one additional intake register and duct connection which was their recommendation. They no longer return phone calls and their office in Brainerd, MN is not open for business. They are attempting to not honor originally contract ( which has been paid in full!) or follow through on corrective agreement. Stay Very very very far away from this organization. Of note, original work crew did not complete work as they were let go from company in the middle of my HVAC repair. Project manager who was organizing second attempt at completion also left company in the middle of the project! A company is in disarray to say the least.

Another amazing experience with Service Today! Had some major projects while remodeling an old Saint Paul home that involved replacing a lot of damaged wiring, running a new 220 volt line, replacing switches, installing a new fan, and a motion light fixture! They sent out 4 very professional and extremely knowledgeable team members that worked hard to find the right solution and make sure things were set up exactly how I wanted. Their team made sure to explain everything in depth and provided above and beyond quality! Very special shoutout to Jake S, Dylan D, Kiefer P, and Dylan H! I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services with all my future indoor or outdoor electrical, heating, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

My furnace and air conditioning units were thoughly checked out for possible issues or malfunctions. Pedro and Tyler were very personable and answered all my concerns for the time being. There was damage and replacement of parts or components and possibly more. Tyler will contact me this evening for further details. My experience was excellent. Vladimir came for the installation of my heat exchanger the next day. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise I witnessed as he worked to tear down and completely rebuild the ductwork and exchanger coil. I’m confident my furnace will last for many years to come

Vlad was professional, efficient, and did a great job of explaining the plan and finished duct work. He took before/after photos of the outflow static pressure and it was 50% lower when he was finished. He was as quiet as possible and cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. Old AC broke, they were on it and had a new one in with 48 hours. Very courteous. Even made some changes when requested to pipes. So far so good. Went out business. Never did the electrical inspection.
