Chase did a great job! He was knowledgeable and honest. He gave me all the options and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it. He really seems to care about what he does but he also seems to care about the company and has lots of good things to say about the way genz Ryan does work compared to other places he has experienced. I am again very happy we chose Genz-Ryan for our needs.

Mike M did a great job and was very informative throughout the entire appointment . We setup an AC and Furnace tune-up. He inspected both and provided multiple options on what needed to be replaced. He was very respectful, professional and even took the time to rinse off our AC unit. This was a very quick service. Great job! Thank you Mike and Chris.

Of course, my furnace dies on the coldest days of February. I called for an appointment to have the buzz saw noise it was making checked out. No waiting for days…next day service. Thanks to Damian Wendt and his crew for explaining exactly what was & was not working properly in terms I could understand. Knowing my furnace was over 21 years old I did not want to invest another cent into it. They set up an installation for the next morning. Ethan Clark and his crew arrived just in time. The furnace had completely stopped working during the night and the thermostat had dropped to 50 degrees. These guys are experienced professionals and do quality work. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy employees at Genz-Ryan!

Rick Aizpuru was absolutely awesome to work with. He came in to give me a quote on a new furnace and A/C unit, and he was very knowledgeable and presented many different options and price points to choose from. He was very personable and was able to share his knowledge with me, which was very helpful since this was the first time I'd ever had to replace my furnace and A/C unit. He wasn't pushy at all and was so easy to work with. He has a genuine joy for his line of work and has a teacher's spirit with sharing his knowledge. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new furnace or A/C unit.

Andrew, Tom, and Jack were all great. The service was great. They gave me adequate time before they came to my house. They were respectful and mindful. They did a they thorough job and informed me the cause of problems and what solutions I should select to prevent any failures in the future

I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service and timely manner and professionalism of this company, Genz- Ryan, and the technician, Mike H. My furnace stopped working 11:30pm, Saturday night. I contacted Genz- Ryan online to schedule an appointment to repair my furnace as soon as possible. The technician was at my home at 8am Sunday morning to repair my furnace. Within a half hour he discovered my furnace had a blown transformer due to the fact that I replaced my old thermostat the night before with a digital wi/fi one and it apparently wasn't compatible with my furnace. The tech. offered 4 different repair options, explained each one and fixed the problem with the option I chose. I will use this company for all my home repair issues. Thanks again...Mark C.

Joe was our tech. He was great! He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We had several issues we needed help with and Joe was able to fix them. He took the time to explain everything to us. We feel really good about the service we received and the time spent with Joe.

We called them to fix our shower because there was no hot water coming out. Their plumber arrived, and I asked him if he was here to fix the shower. He said he didn’t know what needed fixing. First of all, my husband had informed them about this issue. He kept asking me a lot of questions that weren’t related to the repair he needed to do. For example, how old is our house, why they hadn’t serviced our house, and so on. To summarize, he ended up telling me that our water softener was broken. He said he would come out with a quote for it. First of all, we called them to fix the shower. He never discussed what was wrong with the shower or the problem with it. I told him to focus on the shower and how much it would cost to fix. He gave me a quote of $800+ without any explanation or details about what needed to be fixed for that amount. Then, he told me that I needed to put a package together because it would be cheaper. First of all, I am not stupid. I felt like you are scamming me inside my home. Then I told him well just email me your quote. He then told me, he is charging me $100 for the visit. It was not stated to us or discussed that we will pay $100. Do not get their service! I do not usually right a review. But I am writing one right now, to advice to run away from this company.
