We are very pleased with the ordering process, everyone was very helpful in the store and on the phone. The installer arrived at the time we were informed he would be here. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. Thank you for the speedy service, a leaky hot water tank is very concerning.

This was the best experience I I have had getting anything done for my houses. I needed a new water heater, I did some research for 3 different companies, and HomeDepot checked off everything from customer service to price and even the company that came to install the water heater. The help desk at HomeDepot, had my information entered in 5 minutes, sent it and I received a call from Champion within 15 minutes. I was still in HomeDepot. They set up an appointment to come give me an estimate, and the day of the appointment called to let me know about when they would be there. Shortly after, they called again and asked if they could come over now. They came over, gave me an estimate, and said they could do the work right then. This also required them to add an insert into my chimney. They said the work would take 3-4 hours, and were done in 3. They were VERY friendly and helpful. I asked a ton of questions as they were working and they answered everything and never even got irritated with all my talking. Champion gets 100% from me.

We had a high efficient 50 gallon hot water heater installed today by Champion Plumbing. I could not give our installers Vince and Adam higher marks: A+. Both were friendly, helpful, professional and extremely efficient. Great representatives for Champion Plumbing. Here’s the kicker they were 50% cheaper than a quote we received from an over advertised plumbing contractor.

Had a small leak behind my shower and also needed a new faucet and trim kit installed in a house I just bought. Figured we'd try a local company only a few miles from the house. Made the appointment that day for the following week to give my wife and I a chance to purchase the faucet and trim kit we wanted installed. They gave me a window from 11-2pm I got a call at 1030 telling me the tech was on the way and he pulled in my driveway at 1050. Came in introduced himself I showed him around explaining the issues we were having. He ran around for a few minutes to get his game plan together and explained what all needed to be done to fix the issues and quoted me a price on the spot. Less than 3 hours later the new faucet and trim kit were installed and the leak was all fixed and cleaned up. He put in all new copper lines where needed and replace the drain and overflow in the tub while also noticing my water heater was leaking and quoting me on a few other upcoming projects. I couldn't have asked for a better experience it was absolute top notch service!! The tech was very professional, personable and efficient. If I could give them 10 out of 10 stars I absolutely would!! They 100% gained a customer for life!!! P.S. the tech was also very accommodating to my very annoying 75lb German shepherd who just wanted to be all up in his business the whole time!!

Excellent work! I have used Champion twice now at 2 different townhomes, once a year ago, and again a couple weeks ago, replacing Water Heaters. I picked the same brand, and Champion installed quickly and did a great job. The city inspector was done in minutes, said it was perfect. My last 2 failures were from a cracked tank, and pilot going out twice a month for months on tanks with warranties that expired 14y and 17y ago - so on both of these, I paid extra to extend the warranty (as the manufacturer offered warranty extension does cover cracked tanks unlike the prior brand I replaced).

This company was great to work with. I talked to Ben and got an estimate Wednesday afternoon for a water heater.. Thursday morning his guys were here and had it installed in no time. His people were very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them for any service.

We returned home one afternoon to find our water heater had started leaking. Our son recommended Champion Plumbing from his previous experience with them. I called them at 4pm that same afternoon and 24 hours later a new water heater had been installed. Matt G explained the procedure and the updated codes needed.
