Homeworkâs was very easy to work with. Quick estimates. Installation was next day. The office kept me up to date on who was coming to do the work and when they would be there. We liked them so much we had them replace our second air conditioner 6 months after we replaced the first.

Do not work with this company. They are dishonest grifters. I just had an inspection on my furnace and found out that the furnace I had replaced in 2021 was manufactured in 2016. No idea why I would be sold a fixture that was sitting in inventory for 5 years. I had originally been happy with their work on the furnace and had them replace our water heater with a tankless model in 2022 (which cost $5,000 more than the tank model). But I severed our relationship after the plumber lied about it being allowed to be run on an extension cord. When I complained about the work not passing inspection and needing to be redone properly they sent me a falsified copy of the contract where they'd added a line stating that the technician warned me that it may need its own outlet. This was a contract I already had a copy of without that line. I previously didn't leave any reviews because I figured it was that singular plumber's incompetence and he'd be unlikely to hold onto a job for long. But now that I've learned that I was sold a 5 year old appliance I must conclude that dishonesty is part of the company's culture. I hope that no other homeowner will be sold a lie like I was. They got their money out of me, don't let it happen to you.

We had HomeWorks replace our HVAC System and our water heater. They also added a water softener. Not all at the same time. The process was quick and everything was done well. We signed up for the maintenance service, so they come out and check all of our systems annually. Have had no problems with the system and the warranty requires a regular check up of the system. So win- win. If we need service, we get priority service. Would recommend.

Brian from Blue Ox was very helpful in explaining what I needed to maintain my boiler system. He also put me in contact with Carl from Early Bird Electric to help with concerns with the fuse box. Both gentlemen were very good to work with.

Had them out to look at my heating system. They put a big warning tag on it saying they put it out of order and it was dangerous to operate, and that any one who starts operating it would be subject to fines and could be prosecuted. I had another company come out to inspect it and it was fine. It just needed some adjustments. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Stay away!

Well I'm sure they know what's going on but when you charge the little old lady 500 + dollars and the explanation is some faulty part and then it still doesn't work only due to its dirty thanks for the easy call not the first or last time I'm sure I'm going to get called out for a second opinion and then try to hard sell her on a maintenance plan come on you can do better tried to give there service manager a professional call to help mentor but here we are someone doesn't care or you know when you want to just sweep it under the rug?hopefully leadership will understand and work this out this is not how a professional hvac company works #hvaclife

In March 2020, I called HomeWorks to inspect my furnace. Eric arrived and was great. We purchased a new magnetic air filter and joined their membership program, which essentially cost us zero when we factored in the cost savings given to us on the air filter as a member. I had no idea how much that membership would pay off. Fast forward to Monday, November 30th and our hot water heater had leaked water everywhere; I didnât have a clue how to fix it. I called HomeWorks that morning and they sent Michael, a master plumber, out to our home before noon THE SAME DAY. Michael was knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us a solution and an all in price (which included getting the attached pipes/ducting up to code) that was more than fair. The new water heater arrived and he installed it. He left Adam to clean up and get the furnace started. Now Adam was an apprentice or as his trainer called it, âin potty trainingâ. When I asked him a couple of questions, he admitted he didnât know the answers rather than make something up. By 6pm, he was still at the house as he couldnât lite the furnace so Josh, a different master plumber, came over to help. Josh ended up replacing the burner and the furnace lit. On Wednesday, I had no hot water, so I called HomeWorks and the same day, they sent Josh again. He saw that the pilot light was out and without wasting any time, he decided to replace the water heater rather than attempt another repair. Adam was being âpotty trainedâ so I jokingly told him not to mess on my floors as he assisted; everyone got a good laugh. Within a short time, the new water heater was installed and we again had hot water. That evening, my wife noticed a small pool of water had collected on the floor. She looked up and found that some corroded pipes which were down the line from the water heater were leaking. I called HomeWorks that night and by 7:45am, Josh and Adam arrived and replaced the copper pipes at no charge. While many might look at this situation as a cluster, I am extremely impressed at a couple of things. First, the response time and proactive communication from HomeWorks. They were at my home in less than 24 hours and texted me when the plumber was on their way. Second, Adam and Joshâs expertise, realism and sense of humor. They didnât try to upsell me, they were factual in their evaluation and Josh never complained once about having to come back multiple times. Third, I paid only to replace the water heater. Most plumbers charge just to visit and I had a master plumber visit my home 4x at no cost to me. This is a great organization and Iâm extremely grateful they have my back!
