Ron the Sewer Rat

I used this company on two different occasions recently for the installation of a hot water heater and a kitchen faucet. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable when making an appointment and the technicians are great. The technicians notify you before arrival and show up on time. They explain the details of the work, patiently answer questions, and get the job done with no time wasted and no mess. The cost is reasonable, and the work is done well. My latest install was handled by Leo who was extremely polite and professional. His expertise was clear in his description of the work to be done and the end result. I really enjoyed working with him. I can easily recommend this company to friends and family.

I have had Ron the Sewer Rat's company do main line cleaning and other plumbing repair a number of times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. That was the case today, as well. Michael, the technician, was pleasant and polite. He arrived on time and took care to put down a carpet protector pad before bringing in the drain cleaning equipment. He performed the work in a timely manner and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. I have recommended Ron the Sewer Rat to my neighbors, too. We are in an older neighborhood and need to have tree roots cleared out of the sewer lines on a regular basis. The reminder postcards sent out for yearly main line maintenance and the discount offered are also helpful.

Absolutely head and shoulders above the rest! These guys have been talking care of my parents for decades. Had Ron the Sewer Rat come out a few days after another service left us disappointed in our home. Tim came out and took excellent care of us while being mindful of our questions and needs, and did an excellent job of clearing our line, and was very respectful of our property. Literally 100x better than the "other company" we had out a few days earlier in every way. Tim worked harder, faster, cleaner, and communicated better, all for about the same price. Most importantly, he did a better job of actually CLEARING the line. We will ALWAYS go back to Ron the Sewer Rat after that one mistake.

The service of my main line and basement floor drain were cleared without any problem. The video taken after the service gave me confidence that I shouldn’t have any problems for a number of years.
