Due to mature trees I have to have my mainline ran about once a year and Drain King is always my go to! They have had to come urgently several times in the last few years and saved the day every time. They arrived within a couple hours and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

The 1 star review is only for new pricing $165 the first hour $50 every hour after WAS so affordable I could schedule in advance and not think about it (service was always under an hour). They're service is stellar, and their staff is awesome. However, a sudden a price jump to $370 first hour $75 every hour after though? That gouge is so insane it's made them unaffordable

Drain King answered my call right away and was able to help us during a very challenging and stressful time. We were facing many unknowns with a mystery leak in our yard, but they were able to find it relatively quickly and put our minds at ease. Communication was excellent and there was full transparency of expectations. It was after hours on the weekend so we are extremely grateful to have found them, and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

This company is a hidden gem. The woman who answered the phone was awesome, and the tech who came out was also awesome. They are very down-to-Earth professional people. Which is hard to find these days, with very reasonable prices.

Thank you Drain King! The tech that helped us did an amazing job with our disgusting plumbing issue. He completed the job in about an hour and thoroughly made sure everything was working properly before he left. Decent price, decent response time from initial call to service appt - ours was a little over 24 hours from my phone call to tech arriving.

We had an emergency with the basement drains. Our plumber recommended Drain King to us. We called and they were able to get us in right away. Which was great! Seven hours later and a huge bill, they finally fixed the problem. However, we were left with a giant mess to clean up. Plumber mentioned discount (also mentioned online) since this was the first time we've used them, which we did not get. And they added an additional charge which I will not get into. Sadly, we will not be using Drain King again.

We have used Drain King several times at our place of business. They have been quick to send someone out when we had an emergency. On all occasions they were able to clear our backed up drains and prevent further damage. I would recommend their service to my family and friends.

I called today with an emergency plumbing issue within 2hours Austin arrived and was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Fixed my issues in no time. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
