10/10 service, Josiah was awesome! He got an estimate very quickly, was very transparent about cost and what was needed for repairs and got the broken pipes replaced right away! Ger was great as well and made the process even quicker working as a team with Josiah! I appreciate them both coming over and already recommended Mr. Rooter to other people. No complaints and great work, quick, efficient, transparent and great clean up work as well! Update: please make a way to add tips via card pay, these guys are awesome!

We had a very urgent need for immediate service. Tony and Gavin came out, assessed the situation, did exactly what was needed. They answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need their services. Thank you!

I just wanted a quick fix but after receiving a receipt that was not itemized and seeing the review below which shows pretty much the exact same work I had done at HALF the price, itâs obvious they took advantage of me. When I easily paid the $1400 upfront they then sent another person to do an âinspectionâ a couple days later but it was really to try and upsell me more junk. What a garbage company. I stood there and smiled politely so they would get out of my house, but this is just above and beyond inexcusable. Heidi, donât worry about writing a reply unless you intend to refund the overcharge for the service. I know I wonât get any money back from Mr. Rooter, but hopefully this can be a warning to others to go with someone else. Update 9/14: Heidi, Alex P. came to my home and said they do not do main line inspections and did not do what I was told he was there for. I did not have concerns about any additional leaks, Neal F. said this was an inspection they would do since his work had to do with the main line. And itâs a pretty scummy non-apology to say that we over charged you but since you fell for it thatâs not our fault. Alex P. was supposed to follow up to talk about these additional products you offer and I find it pretty convenient that when I call you out for overcharging me and scheduling a false inspection, because I was an easy target, that he ghosts me. If this wasnât actually your intention I would have received a call because all you were doing was trying to help me, right?

Derek and Ezra did a great job installing new plumbing in my home. Very professional guys, accommodating to any need that came up during installation. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Our heat tape had stopped working and our pipes ended up getting frozen. That same day they were able to send someone out and give us quote but weren't able to fix it due to sort supply of heat tape. Our serviceman Keith was able to reserve some to get it fixed has soon as possible and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. They might not be the cheapest option, but with the work they do and with how helpful they are it is worth paying a little extra.

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I paid $2,800 to clear our sewer line of all clogs, roots, etc. About 70% into the job they stop all work and tell us that we have a break in our line and it will be another $10k to fix it. The fix includes excavating our front yard and cutting down but not removing a large tree. We were told it needed to be done as soon as possible and pressured to agree to the work same day. We called in a local, non-franchise plumber for a second opinion the next day. They said the point where they had noted a break was actually a large root that there had been no apparent effort to clear. They were able to provide service and clear everything for $500, less than a quarter of what we paid Mr. Rooter.

Drew, Roice, Jake, did a wonderful job with an all day assignment of digging up the ground to locate my broken pipe and replaced it. They also did a wonderful job of giving the information needed to learn more about what is wrong with my pipe. The previous team that came out the previous day also did a wonderful job of cleaning out the pipe as much as they can despite the broken pipe. They was also able to give clear information about what needs to be done and how to get the information needed to do my payment.

I made the mistake of calling another company first. Estimate was more than I could handle. I was recommended to Mr Rooter and I shouldâve called them first. Devon and Alex took me step-by-step. on what needed to be done and had pictures to back it up. Let me know costs upfront. Will definitely recommend them to others.
