In my very limited encounter with Peter, I found out that he is a very dishonest person. I would never employ this dishonest individual regardless of how skilled he may be. I recently moved into a new place and part of the buy/sell process I was provided with home warranty from the seller. I never had home warranty before (and never will again), but noticing some issues with some valves and faucets I filled a claim. The following day (Friday) they sent Peter from PlumbX. At first, he seemed ok, but only days later I learned that he was being completely dishonest the whole time he was there. First, he said he’s going to the truck to call this in, and he will come right back and start the repairs. Next, he spends 45 minutes in his truck in my driveway and later comes back and says he couldn’t get a hold of anyone but says he will return early next week to do the repairs. The same weekend, on Sunday I get notified by the home warranty company that the repairs were completed. What??? They didn’t even start! Immediately after that note, I call PlumbX and Lindsay tells me on the phone the home warranty company canceled my membership for lack of payment. What??? Right away, I call the home warranty company, who tells me that in fact the repairs got canceled based on the report from PlumbX, so they advise me to call the plumber and get the report directly from them. In subsequent days I must’ve called and emailed PlumbX a combined 7-8 times asking to see the report. I asked them what was there to hide… why wouldn’t they share the report if it was done in good faith? Todays is more than 3 weeks since the encounter and I still never heard back from them and never saw the report. I don’t get it… When the space is crowded with so many good plumbers in the area, why risk hurting your reputation by doing something so blatantly stupid? Makes no sense to me. Regardless, I would stay away from these highly dishonest people.

Pete installed our fixtures for our shower and our tub/set the tub last year and did an amazing job! I highly recommend- he is very knowledgeable and knows how to do things the right way! He was also punctual and great at communicating!

The Hastings FB group recommended Peter to me and he was awesome to work with. I sent pictures ahead of time and he was able to give me a quote before seeing my tub. He was in and out in under an hour, VERY affordable, and guarantees his work for a year. Would call on him again!

Absolutely incredible company! Professional and quick responding. They were able to help same day, honest, trustworthy and gave us an incredible price! We will be using them for all our home projects associated.
