Positive: Responded quickly to an emergency sewer backup on a Sunday, professional service, and offered coupons.
Negative: Incorrect water hookup leading to significant water damage and a lack of urgency in addressing the issue.

Too bad they don't allow more Stars. B&D Plumbing always delivers a first rate experience. I called them about a gas line modification for my BBQ on Tuesday morning and they showed up Tuesday afternoon. Then they returned with the required supplies to do the job Wednesday morning at 8 am! Mickey was fantastic at getting me scheduled and her follow up was great. She even called today to see if I was satisfied with the work delivered. Drew and Todd did the inspection, devised a creative solution and did the work less than 24 hours later. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company and their people!!

Only plumber to respond to our Sunday 12/3/23 sewer back-up after 2.5 hours on the phone calling all. They sent out their 'sister' company and saved the day literally! Yes, they are spendy but they offered me a couple of coupons that saved me a about $100+. Considering the day of the week (overtime for someone) and I was able to stay in my home (disabled and elderly), I can't complain too much so 5 *'s from me. God Bless Mo who came to fix. He was very nice and professional.

We would not recommend them. They hooked up our water to our laundry sink and 7 months later our basement (good thing its a crawl space) and laundry room has water. Just tiled our laundry floor and now it all needs to come up because of this poor hookup job. They were not concerned about urgency to come out and get it fixed, said they were booked and could come in a couple days.
