I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend John and his Company. Thoroughly professional, super helpful and friendly! They removed our old RO water system and resealed our kitchen sink. Highly competent work at a fair price. When we replace our bathroom double sink vanity top later this year, Barr Web will be handling the plumbing tasks.

I had just finished up a kitchen remodel and I needed some plumbing work done. I was referred to BarrWeb because my son had used them for his remodel. I got a hold of John and we set up an appointment. John was on time and quickly went to work. He reconnected the dishwasher and hooked up my new sink. He was very professional and explained how he was going to do it. He was very rigorous in testing the sink and dishwasher for leaks. All in all, the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this company and John.

Very knowledgeable and reliable service at a fair price. I had a water pipe burst on a Saturday morning. John arrived promptly and fixed the problem. He did an excellent job prepping and cleaning the work area and explained why the issue occurred, offering advice on how to prevent it in the future. I worked with John and he was fantastic, amazing, wonderful, <insert here your favorite approval adjective> For context: I had a previous plumber come out to inspect my water heater after it leaked, enough to ruin some flooring. He said "looks good, just keep an eye". Well it wasn't good and 5 weeks later it flooded my basement. I called John to take a look at my water heater and help me get it up and running. He came thru, listened to my concerns and experience, looked over my whole water heater and was able to recommend a brand new brass fitting on my release valve. The current one was plastic and prone to issues (stock model). He was fast, courteous and overall a great man. He even did a full flush of my water heater. In and out in about an hour (save for a run to get a part). As if all that wasn't enough...THEREs MORE! and its the BEST PART!!. He went above and beyond afterwards as 1) i needed the valve for an insurance claim - he went out of his way first thing in the morning a few days after and dropped it in my mail box!! and 2) he offered to write a point of view of a professional as to what happened and why, which he did. Hands down, Barr Web is my go to for plumbing from now on.

I called in the morning with a plumbing issue and Tony and John came out that afternoon and fixed it. Communication was clear throughout the process. They also did a great job cleaning up the area where the fix was needed. I’ll definitely be calling them again next time I need a plumber!

Tony and Johny are great people to work with. They are professional and get the job done properly. I highly recommend them. I used Bar Web for my bathroom remodel and replaced my toilet recently and install bidet seats. Love the finished product and quality of their work!

Co-owner John Webster assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, and did the work. Not only is he professional and extremely competent, but he’s also incredibly engaging, friendly, and conscientious. We wouldn’t use anyone else for any plumbing related issues. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this company 20 plus!
