Water Heaters Now!

Within one day of our water heater going out, Water Heaters Now had a new one installed. The technician showed up on time, was very thoughtful and professional…and personable. The space for the water heater was tight and John made sure to ask the appropriate questions to ensure the correct size of water heater was ordered and installed. The area was left very clean and the old water heater was hauled away. The price was reasonable and the communication with the company was frequent and thorough. Well done! Water Heaters Now was great to work with. I called around 3 PM, got an accurate quote over the phone by 3:30 and had a new water heater installed at my house the following day. The quote was also several hundred dollars less than others I had received for the same job. The technician was very friendly, informative and left my home the way he found it. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the minute we got the phone call from Nate to the guys showing up to do the work we were very pleased. We were able to get our new water heater installed the next day (which turned out to be a Saturday). They were great at communicating and letting us know when they'd be there along with letting us know what was needed to get our new water heater installed. We would highly recommend this company for a new water heater!

They did a great job installing our tankless water heater last year. But the annual maintenance that was just done cost us $425, and that was for just 1 hour and 15 minutes of work. I was told in advance what the cost would be and invited to watch the tech so I could do it myself next year, so I agreed, thinking it would be worth the money. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and even made sure the machine was set to economy at my request. But I don't believe the maintenance visit was worth $425. There is a video available that shows how a homeowner can do the maintenance herself, so that's what I'll be doing next year.

Great service and experience. From the start they were up front about pricing, explained everything over the phone. Nate was able to diagnose and assess from just a photo, so no fees to have someone just come out and look at it. He explained what they would need to do to bring it up to code (mine was about 20 years old), permit fees, etc.. Jake got it done quickly and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The price seemed very reasonable for the replacement and there was no surprises. Other companies seemed predatory to me, charging a fee to come out and diagnose, while not explaining much over the phone. This is the type of replacement/repair most people don’t have to do often. It would be quite easy to inflate prices and upsell, but Water Heaters Now seemed very honest. I will 100% recommend this company.
