I had a furnace issue that they helped me resolve and get parts for it day of. I only was without heat for a few hours as opposed to days. Highly recommend their professional services.

Neither the plumber, nor his apprentice, offered to remove their shoes upon entering my home. Nor did they put shoe coverings over their shoes. The apprentice made several trips from the basement, where they were working, up the stairs and out to their vehicle for one thing or other ... each time without caring to ask if I would prefer she remove her shoes. I just couldn't believe this. It is so rude. I was involved on a long phone call while they worked, so I couldn't stop her any of those times and ask her to remove her tennies. I have spoken to friends since then, and everyone agrees this should be standard practice for any business/service that has to enter someone's home.

Highly recommended!! These guys have taken great care of us over the years. Had an issue with my mom's thankless water heater. This unit also handles the furnace and floor heat. 2 service pros came right over and took care of the issue right away. Hard to find this kind of service.

1st time using them. They were very quick to come out and took care of my problem the same day. Involved jackhammering concrete! Would highly recommend. I have a few properties and will definitely be calling them again! Also, found the cost of service very reasonable.

The service guy was very nice but the service done DID NOT MATCH THE BILL I received. The service I had done was cleaning 8 ft of pipe below my kitchen sink (build up in the pipe…however still drained slowly) the snaking of that pipe was the all that was needed….and all that was done!! But my bill said he cleaned 35 feet of drain. Hmmmmm NOT!! The only noise was right below the sink as he was snaking it out. I know this because I was right above the sink and could hear it being cleaned up to my sink!! It conveniently took him just over an hour for a job that I told him exactly what was needed as I know my house and drains…and I’d recently had the other drain cleaned and had told him that. Told him that just the pipe below the sink needed to be cleaned out. So I think it should AND COULD have been done in under an hour. I was billed for 2 hours??? I never received a call back when I questioned my bill. I was charged $390.00…..$40 of which was for Materials…WHAT MATERIALS??? Snake use??? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

When my husband and I first moved to Moorhead, we had some issues with our home. I searched for a locally-owned business, specifically in Moorhead. Not only were they able to fit us in their schedule, but they were professional, friendly, and so very helpful. Soon after, my grandmother-in-law had issues with her A/C, so I called the guys up to see if they could help her out. They were over to her home that very day and were able to fix her A/C just as the summer heat took over. Moorhead Plumbing and Heating are our go-to company for anything plumbing, heating, and A/C related (and even the occasional hockey chat).

We are relatively new customers, and will definitely remain customers. They have worked on A/C, bathroom plumbing and sump pump issues for us. Their service is fast and the employees are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely five star service!

As a first-time home buyer in December 2014, I was very new to finding a plumber. I found out the previous owner had used Moorhead Plumbing and Heating. I needed work done on my furnace done within a couple of days of moving in. Moorhead Plumbing and Heating was very quick to fit me in their schedule and were very nice to work with. Then a couple days later, I needed assistance again with hooking up my new washer and dryer. Again, they scheduled me in very fast and fixed my issues quickly! As the years have gone on, I have had them do many, many different tasks in my home. They plumbed for a new dishwasher, they installed my new central air unit when mine died in the middle of the summer, they installed a new blower on the furnace, etc., etc. I would have zero issues leaving them to work in my home if I had to leave. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done and always recommend them to anyone who asks.
