I called Tony’s Plumbing & Heating with an issue with my water heater. They came out the next day and gave us several options for repair, several estimates for purchasing a new unit and installation. Fortunately we were able to repair the unit ourselves when I told them they seem so happy for us. We will definitely use them when we need any plumbing services all estimates were in the reasonable range.

Had a really good experience. Responsive communication, they were able to come out quickly and were affordable. The technician was very friendly and professional. My only feedback is that I would have liked to know the cost/what repairs were being done before they were started. He came and got right to work but I had no idea of cost until work was done. I could have asked but was working from home and didn’t think about it until after. Thankfully it was very reasonable! I will use Tony’s again but will ask for a cost first!

Worst experience with this company. I call to ask for a quote. Before anything I was never told of their service call fees, which I know most company has. The worker who had came out, I showed him the leak. Before going forward it would of been nice to have mentioned the cost to diagnosis the problem. I got nothing and he start to work on it. Short and simple the job took of anything 15mins to remove the handle and see it was a leaking stem. Quick tighten and that was all. He also left a dirty prints all over my tub and floor that I had to clean up after still. Overall I should have waited on other companies who communicate better with the customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

First time customer and highly recommend! They installed a water softener and a water line shutoff valve. Adam was assigned to the job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was done with care and great detail. Rates were very reasonable too. I’ll be using Tony’s from now on!

I called Tony's to have a water softener installed in our new construction home. His bid was very reasonable and he had Adam out to do the installation within a few days. Adam was very professional and did a great job hooking the unit up. The job was completed quickly and everything was done well. I especially liked that Tony doesn't play the same game as most plumbers do of having to schedule an installation appointment before he can give you a ballpark estimate. Come on guys. If you're an experienced plumber, you pretty much know what goes into a specific job like his. Good job Tony!!

Wow! Can't recommend this company enough! I had called around to about a dozen plumbers, one refused to work on PVC pipes, others booked out til next week or didn't answer. The receptionist is very kind and professional. She was able to send Dave out to our residence by noon. My husband and I were so grateful Dave was able to fix our leaking shower pipe/slow draining drain. Dave was very respectful and courteous while in our home. He worked efficiently and got the job done in no time. Glad we don't have to shower at the gym all week!! Will definitely hire Tony's again for any other plumbing needs. You guys rock!
