We were referred to Farr Plumbing to look at our boiler after having Hero out and are so grateful for it. We had them out for a second opinion and found out the over $12,000 price tag from Hero wasn’t needed. The one item we did have done was 1/3 of the cost and he explained why we should do it (save on heating bills) versus is it’s just old and needs to be replaced. They were on time, polite and we’re very happy with the work.

The representative was very nice and helpful but the guys who did the job were very messy and didn’t finish the job completely. I wouldn’t go with this plumbing company again. Left my wall like this and told me they can’t do anything they don’t do drywall but they ripped it up.

Everyone we interacted with at Farr plumbing was exceptional! We did our own bathroom remodel and they were very patient with our questions and ever changing timeline. They helped us understand the plumbing needs and options we had! I also needed referrals and they were quick to give me excellent options!
