We recently had some work done which includes excavating our yard for some repair of some pipeline, Joe and Steve came out and they did an amazing job. Even though today was supposed to be one of the coldest days, they both took their time and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely fashion. I just want to shout out to them both and thank you so much for doing such a great job…. I would recommend rotor rooter to all my friends and family.. Thank you, Estrada family I also wanna say Na And Spencer when they came out, they did amazing job explaining to us exactly what needed to be done. The whole team was great thank you so much. Called about a leaky kitchen sink. They had someone out within 90 minutes. Ryan came to the house and looked things over. He explained what needed to be done. We agreed to a price. He went to get materials that would be needed and was back in a half hour. He did all the work, showed me what had been done and made sure I was satisfied that it all worked. Very good experience. Will use Roto Rooter again.
