Todd and the Action Plumbing office team have been very helpful managing some (manufacturer) issues with our disposal and air switch in the two years following a kitchen renovation.

Would be a 1 star but it doesnt leak anymore. Scheduling was easy guy was on time. Used them one time prior and it was ok so decided to try them again. My leaked was fixed at a rediculous cost of nearly $400.00. I had located the leak prior and opened the wall for access to the leak for them. They made the hole slightly bigger for better access no big deal. It would of taken maybe 5 minutes to make the hole bigger. The parts were only around $30.00. Unfortunatly they charged me drive time at $100.00 a hr because they sent a poorly equipped plumber who had to run to get the basic parts needed for the repair. Now I have severly restricted water pressure to the sink and toilet. When I asked about the pressure they basically said deal with it.... Ill call elsewhere from now on.

Tim M messed up our bathroom while attempting to fix a steamer. Without running any tests or contacting the manufacturer, he decided to cut into the cabinets and remove the steamer, recommended we buy a new one. We ended up diagnosing the issue ourselves – a simple cable replacement fixed it. Action charged us for the time they spent not knowing what they were doing, billing over $1000 in labor for a job that could have been done by simply switching a cable, instead of cutting into the wall, removing the two-year-old steamer, and installing a new one.

Scott & Todd & their team are the best. We rely on them to take care of our business clients & our personal properties. Every interaction we've had with them has been positive and I appreciate our continued relationship!

Within two hours, Matt from Action Plumbing fixed a leaky faucet hose, secured the garbage disposal, identified a cracked toilet tank that was about to fail, and carried out general preventative maintenance. Later, he installed the new tank within 20 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. The phone support personnel are also competent and helpful. We were overbilled on our second install, and the extra charges were dropped no-questions-asked after a simple phone call.

We bought a house that needed way more work than we thought. Action Plumbing and Heating has helped us get the projects done one at a time and in our budget. They do great work at a great price. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They've made us feel like their biggest priority. Can't recommend them enough!

Action tried to charge me an additional $100 2 months after they had stated that I paid my final bill.They lady I talked to over the phone was very rude and unprofessional, she was willing to give me $50 off because the bill was sent out late.Which makes no sense because they had told me 2 months before that my bill was already finalized. So I refused to paid something that I did not owe. She then said she would wipe my invoice so I would not have to pay anything. She then stated that she was going to “MARK” my account so I could no longer do business with them. I just can not believe that they lost a customer over a $50 dispute, that was clearly not my fault. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for service of this kind to go elsewhere.

Have used this company several times. Always prompt response and service. Recently replaced furnace, damper and whole air cleaner. Lowest of three bids obtained.
