I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber come out to the house. He was friendly and politely gave me several choices for course of action in servicing a very slow basement floor drain. He worked efficiently with everything he might need with him. He never pushed for any of the choices so I never felt pressured. Cody simply provided good service and at a fair price. I highly recommend!

Trevor, our service man, was phenomenal-professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative….and stayed late on a Friday evening to remedy our problem immediately. Mr. Rooter Company was very professional when I made the call, communicated frequently about when our service professional would arrive, and even though they were scheduled to come the next day after our call, came and took care of our situation on the same day of our call. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and if you are fortunate enough to get Trevor, he can’t be beat!

Derek was friendly and professional and helpful with his service! He put together multiple project estimated for us to review and decide on the best service for our situation. It is really nice to have working drains again!

Cody H. was our service professional. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He gave all of the recommended options before letting us choose what steps we would accomplish with the current job and was great about recommending what to do in the future to keep our home safe and up to code. We had a gas dryer removed and a new one installed.

Super happy with the work Derek and Caleb did. It was very quick and they gave me several options to choose from. Overall the experience was as good as it could be for a pinhole leak in the middle of winter.
