We had a leaking pipe, and Dave did an outstanding job fixing it quickly and efficiently. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain the issue before making the repair. The pricing was fair, and he left everything clean and tidy when he was done. I really appreciate the quality service and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great workmanship, very professional and looks like a great job. The only reason for a four star is that I was in a pinch and if it wouldn’t have needed to get done today I would have gotten another estimate because I think the price was pretty steep. It’s on me for accepting the price as I knew up front but I didn’t have any more time to wait on getting it done. Maybe I would have found that’s the going rate.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain for the past 2-3 weeks now. There is still flow but the water trickles down very slowly. I tried some over-the-counter tools and liquid drain removers, no help at all. Finally, I decided to call for the professionals. Luckily for me, I got Michael and Erik (who normally works in the cities). These two guys spend nearly 3 hours going back-and-forth, including inserting the cable that they have four times all the way down to the absolute last inch. And still, it was not going well. But these guys Insisted that they can fix it. Ultimately, they found the problem which was a clogged drain/vent Up in my roof. Michael went up there and cleaned up the vent really well. And before you know it, The water started pouring down the drain Which is not something I’ve ever seen since I bought the property. I’m so glad I called and I want to personally think Michael and Erik For their excellent and hard work for helping me with this sink drain issue. I would highly recommend Paul Bunyan, specially Michael and Erik, for anyone who’s having trouble with any plumbing issues.

Mike was so informative about our options, very understanding and pleasant. He did his job professionally and cleaned up if anything spilled. I will certainly called Paul Bunyan plumbing & drains again when needed.

One complaint: there was nothing to complain about. Service arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Also, he gave me some advice for our water softener. Will recommend. All thumbs up!

Showed up the day I call for a drain backed up, even showed up before the time slot. Explained his diagnosis and what it would cost if it went according to plan and if it would need more attention, so no surprises. It went according to plan in a timely manner, would highly recommend when any plumbing problem arises

Michael Bushnell was beyond excellent! He did the work, cleaned everything up, explained everything, looked at the rest of the plumbing, & made some suggestions for the future. He was personable, knowledgeable & articulate. Thanks for a wonderful job done.👍🏻

I called for a sewer line issue and they had someone out the next morning. We encountered several issues (old house) and they worked quickly to find prompt and affordable solutions. Everyone we spoke with or worked with at the company was kind and courteous. We will recommend them in the future and use them again ourselves as needed.
