Great experience from the call to completion. Costs and timing was explained up front with no surprises. Harvey, the technician was prompt and completed the process of thawing out the sewer pipe quickly. He also showed the condition of the pipe going from house to city sewer connection and explained with great detail with options to repair or replace if needed. I will definitely use Rochester Drain Rite again if needed and will also recommend their services to others. Top notch from start to finish. Thank you!

Called Rochester Drain Rite because I saw they had 4.9 stars and I wasn't disappointed! Floor drain was backing up in our basement and they came first thing the next morning. Drain line was full of roots and they spent all day at the house until it was clear. They gave me regular updates so there were no surprises and all of the staff, from the receptionist to the technicians, were so pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend them!

Rochester Drain Rite is fabulous and I would recommend this business for anyone needing an excellent plumber. Even though I called later in the afternoon, they showed up quickly and the job was finished in record time. They’re upfront with cost before they send out a technician, so no surprises. We had preventative maintenance done on our drains this morning. Zach was great! He was so patient in answering our questions and taking the time with us. If you're on here frantically reading reviews, trying to decide which company to call like I was when I had a plumbing emergency (idk much about plumbing, but to me, it was an emergency), just take a deep breath & stop searching. Call Drain Rite. The woman who answered the phone & got me set up for service (i didn't catch her name, she did say it, but I forgot because I was a stress case at the time) was an absolute gem! Seriously, the sweetest, efficient, & a straight shooter. I was off the phone at 2:14PM. At 3:17PM, just over an hour later, I was notified by text that a technician was on the way to my house. Jake was done by 4:05PM. He was great. Definitely my hero. Went from what felt like a crisis, to peace in such a short amount of time. & the price was shocking (far less expensive than I had anticipated). I would absolutely recommend Drain Rite to anyone. We woke to a flooded basement, called Drain Rite at 7am and their team was on site by 10:30 which is so appreciated. The techs were professional, friendly and informative, even when the service needed was different than anticipated. A day later a follow-up was needed and that call was also immediately prioritized and completed within a few hours under the residential guarantee. On the second visit, the tech took the time to show me the camera shots and provided guidance about our cast-iron pipes without pressure to add more services immediately. I appreciate the honest assessment and we definitely call Drain Rite for the future work .

Went downstairs before bed to find my toilet and shower flooded with sewage on a Sunday evening. I gave Rochester Drain Rite a call at 9pm, and Jacqueline answered and was a pro, talked me through what to expect got me all set up quickly! Harvey from Rochester Drain Rite was out within 20 minutes. Harvey checked my sewer outlet, the pipes between the shower and sink, and more. After trying a number of things, they realized they would likely have to remove the toilet. After removing the toilet, they were able to identify the source of the clog and clear it out. Moral of the story: avoid Charmin 2 ply toilet paper, and check on your toilets after guests leave! I am so very appreciative and impressed by the entire service end to end. I highly recommend Rochester Drain Rite.
