Great experience from the call to completion. Costs and timing was explained up front with no surprises. Harvey, the technician was prompt and completed the process of thawing out the sewer pipe quickly. He also showed the condition of the pipe going from house to city sewer connection and explained with great detail with options to repair or replace if needed. I will definitely use Rochester Drain Rite again if needed and will also recommend their services to others. Top notch from start to finish. Thank you!

Called Rochester Drain Rite because I saw they had 4.9 stars and I wasn't disappointed! Floor drain was backing up in our basement and they came first thing the next morning. Drain line was full of roots and they spent all day at the house until it was clear. They gave me regular updates so there were no surprises and all of the staff, from the receptionist to the technicians, were so pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend them!

Rochester Drain Rite is fabulous and I would recommend this business for anyone needing an excellent plumber. Even though I called later in the afternoon, they showed up quickly and the job was finished in record time. They’re upfront with cost before they send out a technician, so no surprises.
