Tonna Mechanical: Heating, A/C, Water Treatment, Plumbing & Duct Cleaning

[UPDATE] Is there a higher google rating than FIVE STARS? Mr. Aaron fixed our ALEGERGY and odor issues today. This Man's Magic Touch got our UV Disinfectant System working. Incredibly. BUT, this man went above and beyond when he glanced at our HUMIDIFYER PAD and found that it was old and stinky. MR. AARON HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART IN HIS MAGIC VAN AND HE SWAPED IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. For those of you who have whole house humidifyers, you know what I'm talking about. If you don't have one, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU CALL TONNA AND HAVE ONE INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY. The higher your humidity in the Winter, the warmer the air will FEEL. The warmth was noticed within 15 minutes. What a difference. We also purchased (long ago), and I suggest you ask Tonna about these IMMEDIATELY, is the tiny ion box. Every living bacteria or virus or spore passing though our furnace fan system IS DESTROYED IMMEDIATELY. Now, at 16:42, our air is NOTICIBLY FRESH AND CLEAN!! Thank you, TONNA... and thank you MR. I could write a tragic Russian Novel about how these guys helped me when my furnace went out Two years ago. I have been a long-time customer of theirs. This place is locally owned and operated. The men are highly skilled and trained mechanics, some of whom are veterans. A man who worked on a submarine to keep it running silent and deep can be trusted to keep your silly furnace and AC running smooth so you ladies are warm and dry. The secretaries are AWESOME hardworking women who really know their stuff. Always helpful. By the way, they also clean and replace vents.

Sam did an amazing job installing our new bathroom fan. He was even able to reuse the drywall to repair the hole from the old fan -- so clever, professional, and above and beyond! Thank you Sam and Tonna

Kyle was on time, explained the process of putting in our new furnace and completed all tasks better than expected. Kyle kept things neat and clean throughout the day. Once completed, Kyle again went through what was done, answered all our questions and assured us the job was complete. Always pleasant and thoughtful, Lin and I could not have asked for things to have gone better. All was perfect.

My water heater had sprung a leak. Jeremy W. was my technician. He was kind, knowledgeable, and closely inspected to ensure there was no other areas of damage contributing to the water in my basement. Upon confirmation my water heater was kaput, he went through replacement options, looked at specials for the right fit for me and answered all of my questions. Every time Tonna comes to my home for routine inspections or repairs I learn something new! I also have a brand new water heater with a 10 year warranty. My last one failed at 9 years, so it’s great to know I am covered for the next 10. Thanks to Jeremy for his excellent customer service and quick work. Service request, appointment, and new install completed within 4 hours. He even talked me through my water softener needs and how that can impact a water heater and my plumbing. Thank you, Jeremy! Impressive!

Arron was great. Courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up before he left. He not only showed me how to operate the humidifier he installed, he also gave me a few pointers on the furnace (we just bought the house, so we aren’t familiar with the system). He was also accommodating of my dog, letting me know via phone when he had arrived instead of just coming to the front door.

My technician, Zachary Shimick, was the best! He answered any of my questions and did the install of my water heater and water softener with no complications. It has been a wonderful experience with Tonna from start to finish for having an unfortunate situation to begin with. Great job Tonna!

I recently had a new hvac, water heater installed and had a few follow up questions/ concerns following install. Tonna sent one of their technicians, Jamie, to diagnose and address these. He was not only able to accurately diagnose and fix the issue which was a faulty device, but went a step further to show me exactly how he came to these conclusions. Based on this, I can confidently recommend Tonna both for hvac and plumbing installation as well as their follow up customer support.

Called Tonna to install a new pre-purchased faucet, and to install a garbage disposal repurposed from old sink into newly installed sink. The work the tech did was fine, no problem with the work completed. What I DO have a problem with is the charge of $930+ for about an hours work to install a brand new faucet and move the disposal to the new sink. About an hour! $930+! I’ve used Tonna for a new water heater and some other jobs. No more. This is ridiculous. Giving 3 stars for the work completed.
