Kenny did a great job installing the ADA toilet in the master bathroom. He also did a fast and excellent job of installing a new kitchen faucet. He is a very kind and thorough technician. His co-worker Jim, did a fast and professional job installing a new water softener for us. They both made my wife and I very happy with the jobs they performed. Kenny even hauled the new toilet out of my truck and took it in the bathroom and swapped it out with the old one. Jim also did haul the old water softener out. Very happy with there work.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Eric your company is lucky to have such a good employee did a great job on a difficult job. Never once complained. Very professional explained everything. I would go as far to ask for him again for all my plumbing work. Good job Eric thanks again.

I really appreciated Scott's professionalism. Considering he's a drain specialist, he had a great attitude. I mean... really ... . Plugged up and backed up toilets. 😝 Just the right amount of visiting and still completing the job quickly. Price wise, I think they are competitive and their service from the first contact went smoother than the other places even started. If the need arises I will definitely use them again. That said.... I hope it doesn't. 😊

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very understanding, highly customer service focused. Informed us of what was going on and what he was doing. Up front with pricing and offered financing, but chose to pay in full. Enrolled in their VIP program, doesnt cost a thing. Get discounts on service fees and equipment purchased by simply enrolling. Offered pricing for replacement equipment which we will purchase down the road. Would very highly recommend On Time Service Pros Plumbing to anyone who needed assistance with plumbing issues.
