I called and said I wanted a quote to fix a hot water heater issue(using hot water in the kitchen makes our bathroom shower go cold). The guy that answered the phone asked a bunch of questions and I couldn’t answer half of them. He was really rude and disrespectful. When I asked for the third time if they could just come out to review and give a quote, he said I don’t want to waste my time on this until I know more, I told him buh bye.

Very fast excellent service and good prices. When I arrived at my shop and the water heater was not working (which is necessary for me to work), I called and the owner said "Let me finish my breakfast and I'll be right there." How could you ask for better service than that! The owner and his electrician came out and replaced my water heater quick and got me back up and running faster than I ever could have expected. He understood the urgency of me needing the hot water to wash my client's dogs. Rose is definitely the plumbing guy for my business now!

WOW! Very responsive and quick. Greg had our new garbage disposal installed in less time than it took me to take everything out from under the sink! Not to mention it was only about two hours from the time I called and when the job was complete! Fantastic service and cordial owners!

Rose Plumbing is the best! They always come as quick as can be and get your home back to running order in no time flat. Today they also connected me immediately to someone who will clean out our sewer line later this morning, needed to prevent basement back up, after I flushed a cleaning rag down the toilet. Great people you can trust!!

I was very happily surprised yesterday. Before I called these guys, I read their reviews - I was sure they were too good to be true - they were not! Every good thing everyone else said happened to me too: came on time for their appointment - fixed a problem I didn't even know I had - quickly and professionally did the work I called them to do - suggested a work-around for something I thought was a problem but which didn't need to be fixed.
