Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was great! They had an appointment available quickly which was awesome. I was notified when the technician was on his way to my home. I received a photo of the technician as well as some history about him which was greatly appreciated. Sometimes it can be a little nerve-racking to have strangers come into your home. John arrived and walked me through what the issues were as well as other information about appliances in my home that I had questions about. He took care of the issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving as well as go over again everything he fixed. He made sure I didn't have any questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to explain to me what I had questions about. I would call this company again for any repairs needed in the future.

I had a great experience working with MN Plumbing and Heating. I first had them out to fix some plumbing issues on two of my sinks---switching from flexible piping to regular piping. The plumber was on time and taught me tips and tricks throughout the process. Later in the week I had my furnace inspected and an estimate given on a new furnace. Scheduling was easy, the guys were prompt, and the installation went smoothly. No complaints! Would definitely use them again.

Great experience with getting our furnace fixed. They were very responsive when scheduling an appointment. I used their online appointment tool and received a call within minutes to confirm an available time slot. When the technician was on his way the next day, I received a text (and email) including his name and picture. He greeted me and was very upfront and honest about the inspection and repair process. He quickly identified the issue and came up with an estimate to fix the problem at hand as well as few estimates including other optional service and replacement options for other components as well. He was very clear about which component was the root cause and needed fixing and which other components were aging and could use replacement as well but were optional. I opted for just replacing the broken component and was not met with a poor attitude or pushy sales tactics about my choice. The repair was done shortly after reviewing the estimate and our furnace was back in action. One other thing I really liked was their entire estimate and billing process is done electronically on a tablet. After paying I immediately received an email with a copy of my invoice and the original estimates. Very polite and straight forward process overall, would definitely call them again.

I had them put in a new AC, a new furnace, and a new water heater in my home in Eden Prairie. MN Plumbing and Heating technicians are professional and reliable. Their services are top-notch and they perform quality work. I am very happy on that front. That said, their prices seem higher than competitors and higher than my comparative analyses done via google. I had second thought after scheduling my installation appointment and wanted to do additional research to make sure I don't overpay and feel comfortable with my purchase. They did the best to be accommodating and I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. They were responsive and helpful. I would suggest doing your research thoroughly before you make an expensive decision like this one so you could feel good about your purchase. Bottom line, I am happy with this company and would use them again for other services.

There are not enough good things I can say about this company and their technicians. My technician, Gary, was probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. On top of the fact that he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the moment I called them to the minute he left, I felt like I was in good hands. I've already recommended them to someone else (and this was before I even got my invoice). I admire the fact that they were upfront and honest about their prices and schedules, I did call a few other companies and when they wouldn't tell me what they charged I was skeptical. Minnesota Plumbing and Heating was the exact opposite; not only were the upfront about their costs, but Gary went out of his way to explain all of the services he performed before he left. Thank you, I will be calling you again!!

I agree with most of the comments on the over charged for the work from MN Plumbing and Heating. I'd similar experienced, which a leak on one of the bathroom copper pipe that requires attention. Then contacted MPH for the first time. Jeff was the tech who turned up the next morning. He had suggested I'll need the copper pipe replaced to fix the problem, since he'd noticed the main water valve was shut off at that time. Then, he shows me the quote $741 price tag. He then further explained the complications of the work to be done, which kind of a sales tactic in my opinion. Due to zero knowledge in plumbing and was presented with not much of an option, I agreed to proceed. By the way, I was even more surprised when the job was completed in an hour. All said and done I'd shared my experienced with friends and through asking around all of them concluded that I'd over paid for the service. I am changing the review to 4 after received a follow up call from Bob at MPH office, which we both workout through the situation with the payment disagreement. I would have gave it a 5, if the service guy could have worked with me on an agreeable payment term.

The rep that came to the house was friendly at first, until it came time to make a decision on weather or not I was going to use their service. He was extremely impatient and pressured me to make a quick decision. He quoted $3500 for a new water heater + installation. The rep took advantage of the fact that I am a woman and younger and donโt know everything about water heaters. He recommended a water heater that is way too big for the house and tried to get me to replace a perfectly fine water softener. He only offered one option for a replacement and didnโt mention other sizes or models that would be more efficient for the house. Once the project was started the lead guy left without saying anything and left two people, that he had told me were in training, behind to finish the install. My basement floor is painted with cement paint and after the installation was complete the guys left the floor all scratched and scuffed up. There were muddy prints on the floor, doors and woodwork. The final invoice made it seem like they are trying to hide something. It listed the water heater + install but only gave a final total. It didnโt list how much of the total was allocated for labor and how much was allocated for the price of the water heater. My husband called the manager after all was said and done to ask some questions and get clarification on some things. The manager was very apologetic about the carelessness of the employees and removed a small portion from the final bill. He also said that there is absolutely no reason that the house we live in should need such a large water heater and apologized that the rep made that recommendation. Even with the apology and the small reparation I was left with a bitter feeling about this company and would not use them again.

Our 13 year old water heater went out. We called MN Plumbing and Heating the next morning and they were able to dispatch a plumber out that afternoon. They were able to replace our water heater that same day. I felt the price for the work once all said and done was a little high. Had it been something we could have gone without for a few days, we would have shopped around and perhaps would have saved some money. However, the work was quickly and the plumber was very professional. Besides the price, we are very satisfied with this company.
