MSP Plumbing Heating Air

We had Kevin out to replace our 27 year old water heater. Very professional, courteous and explained everything clearly. Installation went smoothly and the area was left very clean. Kevin also replaced a faucet located in a small, tight space and a leaking cold water shutoff. MSP Plumbing, Heating & Air is not the cheapest option but they do high quality work, have a fast response time (our old water heater had started to leak) and have very personable, professional people who make sure the job is done right.

MSP plumbing is the best! License plumber Tom, did a fantastic job, this guy was so professional and friendly, I felt like I knew him all my life, outstanding customer service he connected my sink and dishwasher up to code. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues

When I first called, I was having scheduling issues but MSP mentioned they had openings this coming Saturday. I didn’t know they operated in weekends. Perfect! On Saturday, I received a text that Nick was on his way. I also received a friendly phone call from MSP that he would be arriving shortly. Nick was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and kind with no BS. We got a price with options within minutes and then two bathrooms were up and running again with in an hour. I will continue to only use MSP plumbing for their quality service and good pricing including packages that save you even more money! Thanks guys!!

First rate and very transparent! We had a new HVAC system installed and Buddy did a great job of laying out options and costs along with an easy to understand yet detailed estimate. Hire them!!! Date set, Todd, Josh & Nick were GREAT Plus the pickup crew of the old model was very efficient and detailed Only issue was new smart thermostat- couldn’t connect to iPhone because of a new software that apparently wasn’t given to field crew yet, but it will be resolved

First time customer here. Allen K. arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, helped diagnose a suspected gas leak, and answered all my questions off the bat. He replaced parts where the leak was occurring, checked to make sure there were no other leaks, and made sure to relight all the pilot lights. Allen was professional, thorough, and great to talk with. I'm very happy with the service and expertise provided by Allen and MSP today, highly recommend!

It was a great experience from the first time I called the operator was courteous was able to find an appointment time that worked great for me. When their technician got to my house he was extremely nice and polite. He was able to find source of my problem and fix it. I've previously used them to install and service my heater and air conditioner so I had high expectations as those interactions went great and this was no different. Highly recommended.

I was showering late in the day and the shower valve literally blew out. There is no cut off valve and I expected I could not get a plumber until next day and water would be running. Kudos to MSP who got Mason out to me in about an hours. Mason knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and expertly and had me up and running quickly. Good job, Mason.
