Action Plumbing

We have had their service guys to our house 2 or 3 times, i do not recommend anyone unless i have had first hand knowledge of them. I very highly recommend Action plumbing to everyone i hear of that needs a plumber. Their service and the guys that were sent to our house each time were courteous and professional, and reasonably priced

They show up when they say they will, give a quote up front, and get the work done promptly. We have been totally satisfied with their work and the price was totally reasonable.

Edit: I left a review 3 years ago for this company. They did a great job then, great price, and quick and thorough. Recently i called them again they came out got to work and got the job done. The price was again very good, the job they did was excellent. I recomend these guys to anyone. Ive seen reviews about them ariving early or some minor inconviniance and its just people knit picking. I dont mind them arriving ealry because it means the job gets done sooner. If you just want some guys to come out and get the job done efficiently then call action.

Don’t use this company if you ever need any work done. They gave me an estimate to install a sewage line, then never called me back. After several weeks of no contact, I called them. They said they were busy! I told them I could wait awhile. After 2 months of waiting, with no calls from them, I contacted them again. I was informed that they were to busy to do my job!! So unless you need a house construction plumber, don’t call them!!

I used this company to install a new water heater today on the morning of Friday 7/16/2021. I was given a standby time of anywhere between 9am and 1pm when the appointment was set up on the Tuesday prior. However, they arrived at around 7:40am instead of between 9am and 1pm. I obviously was not ready for them at this time, but by 8:05am I had let them in to do the job anyway. There were several of them there and I showed them to the attic area to access the water heater. I was in the room adjacent to them the entire time they were working on it although I did not have a full view of all of them, just a partial view which I now absolutely regret. I have not found any issues with the water heater installation as of yet but I discovered shortly after them leaving and finishing the job that they had messed with my thermostat that was right next to the attic access and had switched it over to heat in the middle of summer which I did not appreciate at all. Later on, when doing laundry, I discovered that they had once again invaded on personal property and had taken the lint catcher out of my dryer and shoved it behind and underneath my dryer. My laundry room is also adjacent to the area they were working in and nobody else has been in my house to use my dryer other than myself. Had this gone unnoticed, is could have absolutely increased the likelihood for a fire in my home. Additionally, one of the men on site saw it fit to remove his shirt and walk around shirtless in my home while performing the job. I overheard that one of the men was named “Luis” and this was not the one who decided to remove his shirt, but I did not catch any of their other names while they were here. I am absolutely disgusted at this behavior and it was extremely unprofessional and never in my life have I seen a business go out of their way to sabotage someone’s personal property while in their home. They may have been frustrated that they had to wait outside for some time but that was absolutely due to a lack of communication on their part and not my fault at all and it gives them no right to do what they did. I would absolutely never recommend using this company for anything at all. They are completely unsafe and giving them access to your home is inviting a host of more problems they can purposely cause so that they can possibly make more money off of you. I’m still wondering if they did something else to any of my property that I haven’t noticed yet.

Very rasict, unprofessional, unlicensed workers that don't know what they are doing. Came to fix a gas problem and left witout lighting the pilot. Called them back the same day to let them know. They came while no one was home. When we Specifically told them no one would be home til 6:30. They never returned until a week later. (Which is today) They continuously ignored our phone calls. Still didn't fix it. It's all games to them!!! I wouldn't recommend my their services to anyone!!! Point blank period!!!!

We had such a great experience with Action Plumbing! They came out to give us an estimate then we set up to have them install a gas line for a gas range. Finally they came back to hook the flex hose from the gas line to the gas range. Each time they came out they were punctual, courteous and professional. They answered any and every question we had. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

they are awesome. Rob is the best and Richard is even better than good ole Rob if that is even possible. Highly recommend them for any plumbing installation or maintenance issue needed.
